Got food poisoning from their Onigiri. Seaweed tasted and felt like plastic, and smoked salmon was disgustingly fishy — not of good quality. It caused an infection and put me in the ER for the night. Be wary. Poop ??

Came here a few times and it’s been the same, the ratio of tapioca pearls and drink is always uneven. There is either too much pearls or too less pearls. Pearls are also undercooked. As for the slush drinks i’m quite satisfied however, there is a insane amount of waste. A whole blender full of ice along with syrup just for a large cup, with the ice blended in, only half of the amount is put into the drink and the rest goes down the drain. Extremely wasteful. Other than the wasting everything else is good.

I seriously recommend there yakult yogurt drinks paired with lychee jelly! Usually whenever I go there is a lot of people. However their drinks are good especially if you like sweet drinks.

I used to love this place but it has seriously gone downhill. I waited over half an hour for 2 drinks and 2 rice balls. The store left the most inefficient employee to work the counter by himself. He spent 10 mins just making 2 drinks and another 5 minutes making a single onigiri. If you’re going to open a bubble tea shop in a residential neighborhood, at least hire enough competent personnel. There aren’t many good bubble tea places in the area but I sure as heck won’t be going here again.

Please properly make tapioca pearls! They're so hard and it wouldn't even go thru the straw cause half of them are stuck together.

I love this place but one thing..most of the time the boba aren’t cooked(?) enough? So the texture is hard in the middle and that’s bad.. please beware of that please !

They have a excellent celection of drinks.I highly suggest the Monigiri spicy tuna and the Smoke Salmon.The Earl Grey Tea Wamochi is my go to for dessert.CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!’
