There was a bug in my drink that I almost swallowed…I can’t look at the place the same anymore. I normally love getting their mochi waffles but not ever again. No wonder they got a C or D rating(don’t remember which). They normally hide their rating lower on the wall close to the floor so people don’t see it.

The place is really good for Boba and at such a great price too. Their paninis however are kinda dry. Their chicken nuggets w cheese needed melted cheese more to make it just right for the taste.

Got food poisoning from their Onigiri. Seaweed tasted and felt like plastic, and smoked salmon was disgustingly fishy — not of good quality. It caused an infection and put me in the ER for the night. Be wary. Poop ??

Came here a few times and it’s been the same, the ratio of tapioca pearls and drink is always uneven. There is either too much pearls or too less pearls. Pearls are also undercooked. As for the slush drinks i’m quite satisfied however, there is a insane amount of waste. A whole blender full of ice along with syrup just for a large cup, with the ice blended in, only half of the amount is put into the drink and the rest goes down the drain. Extremely wasteful. Other than the wasting everything else is good.
