Excellent customer service all around i hands down received the best customs service i’ve ever had in my life from the worker Thant Sin. He was extremely kind and helped me through every question i had an was very polite. If i had a business i’d have him work for me blindfolded

I am a new customer. The food was really good. I came around 11 late night and they have the really good deal for combo. I tried that Chicken sandwich spicy and now I am gonna need to come back again 😂 also the cashier guy is friendly and he is really kind.

I don't normally give 5 stars but this place deservies it all. The spicy chicken sandwich is heads above all the other chains in the area.
I wouldnt classify it as a cheap eat, but for fast food it definitely is cheaper than your every day burger joint. Keep doing what you're doing

Update: we had given a 5 star review but will be rescinding it. We were long time customers/ regulars. Rude older gentleman with unreasonable attitude turned us off. Won’t be back. Shame too, since we even kept up with this restaurant on social media, since it was a little more on the run down side, so it was nice to see them pick their business back up. We’re more than happy to support NYC businesses. Lately the last few times hasn’t been all that great, the munchies haven’t been munching. Consistency in quality of service, taste of food, and reasonable pricing is the secret to staying open in NYC. We haven’t gotten 2 of the 3 lately. Hopefully you guys can improve drastically, otherwise I don’t see this business being a staple to the community any time soon..

Smash burger: 3.9/5, meat quality is a bit subpar but the maillard reaction from being a smash burger, the bun, sauce and fixings balance it out. Korean Fried Chicken: 3.5/5, subpar meat quality. Dry on the inside. The fried coating delivers on the crunchy mouthfeel but a little bit too much, and the sauces are overpowering. Sweet sauce especially is too sweet. Taste like it uses some ultra processed ingredients, I'm guessing for the sweetener

First time trying K-Munchies. Came in with my 3yo son and instantly greeted by the husband of the adorable husband-wife duo. Ordered the single smash burger and twist donut with Umma's coffee. He was such a humble and kind soul and even offered for me to wait in the car to which he would bring out the food for us but we opted to wait inside for the food and had a great conversation and a few laughs. Food came out quick and was delicious. Whatever that smashburger sauce is was so good. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the twist donuts. If you're in the neighborhood and need some comfort food to warm up the soul or be a glutton with a good ol' smashburger, this is the place to be. You also get a bonus of genuinely awesome people serving you.

LIFE SAVER for when I had class end past 10pm😭 Love the mixed mozzadog and have tried a few of their sweets/donuts. Can't recommend the iced coffee though since it was incredibly sweet to me🥲 Everything else can recommend including their chicken!
