We ordered a large tray of Goat Biryani and 25 chicken shish kebabs. The tray of Goat Biryani was good. However the shish kebabs were unusually soft on the inside. We thought it was undercooked, so we called to find out what is going on. The lady on the phone said they use chickpeas in their Chicken Shish Kebabs, which is why they are soft. They do this to increase profits. 2 stars because of that.
