My daughter has been collecting her stamp cards, and we went in today because she finally got a "free drink" stamp. She was so happy and excited, only for the mean emotionless girl behind the register to say, 'we don't do that promotion anymore.' But they do! Only, the stamps have to be on one card. My daughter had many cards with different stamps. Should still count! They are all purchases! It's not about the money, but about how the girl let my daughter down. She just didn't want to give a little girl a free drink and was very obvious about it. This place won't be getting my money anymore! Rude customer service. Also, don't be fooled with all these 5 stars reviews. They bribed customers with free drinks for good reviews. Also, they fool you into paying for a large and tell you that some drinks don't have a small size, only large, while others do. Lol makes no sense. This boba drink is the stupidest overpriced trend. Social media brainwashed kids and teens that it's the must-have! The prices are not kids or teen friendly. I make better drinks at home.

I'm a regular at this place. No guilt drink and snack. I have tasted almost all their fruit tea, nothing bad. I recommend Mr Wish fruit tea, grape green tea, strawberry green tea, mango smoothie, lemon sherbet smoothie, and lemon fiber jelly tea. Waffle cake is decent. Nice staff. They have good sitting area you can sit and enjoy the tea.
I asked for a medium boba but noticed I was overcharged for it. I told the cashier and she stated that their “prices had changed”. However, when I got my drink, they gave me a large instead of the medium I ordered. The boba is ok, but this interaction was not so great.

Please try your best to accept any kinds of bills. If you guys are willing to not accept, please tell us online, ahead of time before letting people and me in, please!! I just took a long minute in front of people because she doesn't accept big bills here! First assume that some customers drive and had to find parking around here for so long, to come to this store. How can after they commute one hour here with their big- Ulysses and Benjamin- notes and as the farther customer arrives here the clerk at last minute says they cannot accept large notes without telling us online?! So I recently captured a picture of the restrictive paper sign against big bills posted on the plexiglass and posted the picture online here. Thus the incoming customer will know ahead that this store no longer accepts $50s or $100s.
