Overpriced. Poor service. We waited an hour for a pizza and there were hardly any customers. Would not recommend.

Given the fact that this is supposed to be a celebrity chef restaurant, I am shocked. We are here right now and going on 90 mins waiting for our second dish to come out. The pizza was basically cold. There are so many choices at the airport, I am sad we chose to come here. Awful.

I had them cater an event for 40 people. Everyone raved about the food. It was delish! Thank you.
Looked nice. That’s about it. Sat down and was about to order using the QR code but waitress came and said to order through her. She gave us menus. Ten minutes goes by. Twenty minutes goes by. After over 30 minutes waiting for her to come back and take our order, we just left. There were only 5 other people in the entire place.
Terrible experience. Terrible service. Was sat in a section that they closed after 30 mins and the entire time I was there they were rolling cutlery right beside me, mopping and asking me to settle the cheque even with over an hour to go until closing. Terrible customer service. DONT GO.
The pasta is simply terrible. You order from a QR code so service is nonexistent.

Ordering thru one's cell phone is incredibly slow and tedious (why would anyone be in any hurry in an airport, after all ???).
So what's next ? You choose your food and then you're shown to the kitchen, handed out a recipe and you cook it yourself ?

The level of disappointment that I experienced upon receiving my “margherita pizza” from this restaurant is at an all time high. This is literally just a regular NY pizza with a slither of basil…. As a matter of fact, this gives more NY public school pizza. Nothing about the pizza tasted authentic for this to be considered an Italian restaurant.

Sat at the bar and ordered breakfast even after they had stopped serving it. Very accommodating and pleasant service. Food was great too. It's expensive, but what isn't in NYC.

This place is terribly managed! Horrible experience for the price! The owners should be embarrassed of how poorly managed this place is! We were lied to, delayed, and sat for 20 minutes with no water. Everything about it was terrible!

Restaurantji Recommends
We ate there Sunday evening at 6:30p. the panini came on very hard dry bread, the inside meat was luke warm, cheese was not melted at all, no sauce...no flavor. The sausage rigatoni had no sauce. The fries were luke warm and had no flavor. The water definitely came from the soda dispenser because it tasted like water down coke. I asked for a refill, but didn’t get it. I drank the water I had in my bag. Very Pricey for blah food. I do not recommend.

For an airport I thought the burger was really tasty. In fact it might be one of the better $27 burgers I’ve ever had. It’s about $2.70 per bite though. So there’s that.
The fries kind of sucked. But that’s not unique. I don’t know why so many restaurants have mushy fries. But it’s like a thing.
I thought the service was good and the bartender dude seems awesome. Given the limited options that is a step above fast food, I’d go back here.
