Meal took 30 min - ordered breakfast sandwich and wasn't a complex order. I asked after 15 min how far away the order is and they said 2 min and i asked this multiple times. I told the waiter I need to catch a flight and he said one min until it's coming. It hit almost 30 min and I said I'll cancel my order and they said one min and it finally arrived. The food arrived cold and rocket inside the sandwich look old and not fresh at all. I told the waiter this is unacceptable and he said they have one person in the kitchen. I said that's fine but let me know so I can move to a quicker resteraunt.
I got the bill and provided no tip as the service was poor and meal was even worse. The staff showed no remorse and there was probably a reason there was nobody in the resteraunt at 11am on a Sunday.
Avoid this resteraunt until they improve their service and quality.

Just bought a Sicilian pizza it was very dry , hardly any tomato sauce hardly any cheese and no taste very disappointed im from Brooklyn ny and this was one of the worst Sicilian pies I ever had

Food was not good. Overcooked meatballs, sandwich was mostly bread, no taste. Margherita pizza was not authentic, was smothered with slices of cheese and tomato sauce, one greasy leaf of basil in the middle. Service was inadequate. Food came before utensils and napkins so we stared at our food for a while. After we got utensils, no one came back, even after flagging two servers so we could get more napkins. All that for $76. Won’t go back

I visited your location today to have some breakfast. It was a little busy but Carolina was very helpful and accommodating. She made me feel welcomed and I appreciated it very much after the hassle in TSA. She took our order and brought out our food. The other employee whose name I believe is Sean also passed our table and asked us if we were okay. Their level of attention was awesome from both.🤗
The bartender Sweelen is the best! She is the sweetest and most efficient waitress/bartender I had while here in New York.

From the moment he approached our table, warm and genuine smile set a welcoming tone. What truly impressed me was attentiveness without being intrusive. He anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, refilling drinks and clearing plates with seamless efficiency. His knowledge of the menu was remarkable offered insightful recommendations and answered our questions with confidence and enthusiasm. It was clear had a genuine passion for the food and the restaurant. Beyond the practical aspects of service, His personality shone through. He's friendly, engaging, and made us feel like valued guests. server is a true asset to the restaurant. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth are qualities that are often sought but rarely found in such abundance. I left the restaurant feeling not only satisfied with the delicious food but also incredibly impressed by the exceptional service.
