Good food but the service is always, without a doubt, terrible. Staff do not look like they like to be there or willing to help with any inquiries.

When ordering, there was only "beef" as an option on the app. I didn't think much about it at the time and thought it was fat beef, so I chose beef (I wanted to eat fat beef, but there was no such option). However, when it was delivered, I found out that it tasted like beef. Thick slices of beef that have been seasoned with cornstarch. The taste is very strange. I thought it was pork or fish for a moment. It is very smooth and has no beef flavor. The color is also very light, really like pork coated with a layer of white powder. As a result, I found that there was "Fat Beef" in the ordering area, which meant that their fat beef was not out of stock, but it was not out of stock when ordering on the app...

I've never eaten in and can't comment on the atmosphere, only takeout orders! My friend prefers drinks related to fermented rice, and my former colleague likes to eat pickled fish; And I prefer snacks, purple potato balls (pink balls made of purple sweet potato and tapioca flour wrapped in salty meat filling), sweet potato balls (pink balls made of sweet potato and tapioca flour wrapped in salty meat filling) and lean meat Ball soup (seasoned minced meat in powder paste), on the other hand, these two are not so salty and not so strong!A variety of payment methods are accepted!

The attitude was really bad. I asked for a large cup but he gave me a medium cup and said there was only one size. I bought one large cup last week and got one free. When I asked him, he impatiently said I would just forget it. Please pay for the small cup. I just want to buy the big cup.

Nai Brother in Flushing, NY, impresses with its good Chinese cuisine, featuring standout dishes like the "Ma" Peppercorn Soup, Mala Soup with Poached Fish, and Golden Soup with Fatty Beef--all earning a solid thumbs up. The bubble tea, though average, doesn't overshadow the delightful flavors of the menu. With its noteworthy dishes, the overall experience deserves a 4-star rating, offering a satisfying dining option in Flushing.

Mistakenly ordered beef jerky instead of fatty beef because their Uber eats menu is in Chinese. Called in less than 10 minutes to try to fix my order and the girl on the phone was very rude. Would not allow me to change the order only thing she knew to say was “No! Sorry we cannot change!” “No we cannot cancel it is already made.” How can it be already made but it’s been less than 10 minutes? Is your food not fresh? Are you just cooking one big pot and scooping everything out when you get an order? Gross attitude and gross service. Glad I was able to cancel through Uber eats.

I recently grew my love for fish in soup with peppercorns, and sour tasting broth, so had to check out this place in LIC. I was really hungry when I went, so I expected the food to be really good! We ordered fungus with spicy spice as an appetizer, but got seaweed with spicy sauce, and it wasn't as spicy that I expected it to be. It had a nice texture and it definitely wet my tastebuds. Then I got the signature sauerkraut fish soup, and it took forever to come out. The broth was sour, which is what I like, but had excessive ginger even though the pieces weren't visible. I didn't expect that much ginger. It had two chili signs, so I expected it to be spicy (especially because peppercorns can leave a damage), but it was mild and just felt oily. Also, we noticed there were lots of extra charges to the add-ons, while some ingredients like tofu were free. Even though those ingredients were free, there wasn't many of them. Even the add-ons didn't have many in the soup.

Honestly can’t say much about the poor attitude and how slow they get things done. To be far I understand that your busy and can’t get to everyone at the same time. But when I come here to order my food and I’m first in line. I’m waiting like ten minutes to get my order taken because their go busy accepting and making online orders. I’ve been there too many times and every time I go there I get disappointed. There’s this girl that puts in the rudest face ever possible to the customers like she’s the boss there and she can do whatever she want. Like everytime I’m there, it takes my at least 15 minutes to get my drink. Like it isn’t even that busy. I waiting shorter when ordering at XingFuTang. Like hello. What are you doing wrong tell me. I get anxiety when they get things done so slowly when it isn’t even that busy. Tell me why I am waiting 15min for one drink.

I wasn't a big fan of their fish. It had a deep sour/bitter taste to it. We were also given the wrong order- we ordered fish, but they gave us pork, so that was disappointing. There also seems to an issue with communication. It took them a good 15 minutes to make 3 drinks, and they had trouble understanding what I was trying to order. The drink wasn't bad, but it had a lot of seeds in there that were way too hard to chew so I wasn't really loving it.
