Byrek is good only thing to improve the service they should offer water at the customer without asking since this is the culture in the restaurant in USA

Today i placed two orders of two different dishes, went to pick up the server messed the order up.She places both of the orders in one container and she meant it as one dish for one person.She never asked if she did not understand on the phone the order she rushed.I called her on the phone once me and my friend got the food to eat to let her know that food and side are missing she kept saying thats what i ordered and nor she apologised.The costumer service today was bad and never again they lost me and ten of my friends i used to bring people there and eat and promote the place but no more.

It would be more stars if they didn’t mess up my Uber Eats order every single time. They don’t have an option for Burek with meat in the system so you have to select burek with cheese and then write in special instructions that you want meat, but they never read instructions, I don’t understand what’s the issue.
