Really poor service. One of my beef skewer was missing, and I asked a male server,he looked like he knew, then just ran away. After a long time, I finally caught another female server and told her the skewer was still missing. She also looked like she knew, then walked away. 20 minutes later, still nothing. Two other dishes were also missing. I asked again, and I said I need to cancel because I had to leave. When I asked about my beef skewer again, the server looked like she would pretend not to know if I hadn’t mentioned it. Then she said, “Oh, if you come next time, I’ll give you one. We’re too busy now, it’s impossible to cook just one skewer for you.” It was their fault, but they made it sound like I was being unreasonable!

At the beginning, after we sat down, nothing happened. I tried to order by myself through the iPad, but it was locked. No one helped. My boyfriend ordered a Coke and asked for a cup of ice. The waiter looked busy, so we waited 10 minutes, asked again, still nothing. By the time we asked a third time, we had already finished half the Coke. I also had no water, and by then we had been sitting for about 25 minutes.

We were seated next to the door, which they kept open to deliver food to the basement. It was cold at night, and the wind kept blowing in, very uncomfortable.

The food was okay, just average. I didn’t get to try much because I had to cancel part of my order.

Overall, never coming back! They don’t know how to provide proper service. I understand it’s busy, but having only two servers on a Saturday night, who also have to deliver food downstairs, is unacceptable. They don’t even know how to handle their own mistakes. Extremely poor service, ever!

Ate exclusively the shao kao (barbecue) and it was amazing. A friend originally from Beijing said it's just as good as what he had in China. My favorites were the lamb, beef and octopus but everything was good with their spice mix.

Super delicious skewers and good pineapple rice. They even charged my phone and had the green candies. 10/10 place.

Authentic and satisfying Dongbei comfort food! The dumplings were juicy and handmade, the skewers were full of flavor with a great variety (lamb, tofu skin, tripe — all seasoned with classic cumin and chili), and the sour cabbage pork hotpot was warm and comforting. We also loved the cold noodles with cucumber and kimchi, plus tasty sides like stir-fried napa cabbage and grilled garlic chives. Everything tasted just like a hearty homemade meal from my home city

Yo I had a great meal at Niu B Chuan. This place is definitely worth going to. Service was quick, and got the food fast. Place is busy but worth it. The barbecue fish is fire. This place is lowkey tuff, you should go visit.

As soon as I walked in, I had to wait for a long time before the waiter came to greet me. Then there was a cockroach crawling on the wall under the table. The beef skewers might as well be called beef skewers, and the cold noodles were too sweet. I asked the waiter for ice water and waited for ten minutes before I noticed the waiter. I forgot, a few dishes cost $140, and the service and environment were too bad. I didn’t want to leave a tip. Then the waiter was unhappy and said, “If you don’t leave a tip, your table will have to charge it yourself. We make money from tips.” tmd What kind of service do you provide? If you don’t let me post it, I’ll be fine. I won’t come back!

Five-star review, delicious, large portions, good service
I don’t know if the reviews that say the service is bad are because there is no place to complain, or because they are malicious comments about business wars. How can any store run by Northeasterners be unenthusiastic?
1. It tastes good. You can just eat the three delicacies here. It’s so delicious that I feel like I’ll be back in China instantly. The cold chicken rack is so sweet and authentic. The small skewers are delicious. It’s not spicy enough and they thoughtfully gave me more chili powder.
2. The portion is large. Two people ate for less than 200 including tips. If they couldn’t eat it, they packed it for breakfast and lunch the next day. 200 can eat three meals, which is still enough to fill you up.
3. The service is good. When ordering, the waiter warned you that you may not be able to finish your meal. After that, the drinks were served very enthusiastically and quickly when changing tables. If you have any requests, you immediately agree to them and can also chat with you.

Authentic northeastern Chinese food in an unassuming basement restaurant. The skewers are well flavored and with quality ingredients, especially the pig trotters and intestines. Would also recommend the tofu with eggs and grilled Chinese chives.

Great service and delicious food. The eggplant was a bit too greasy, other than that, everything was amazing. Only waited 10 minutes for the food.

The food was very good. We ordered 9 dishes for 4 people. Everything came out great especially Guobaorou and eggplant with ground meat, cold noodles was very good . The atomosphere is the worst. The restaurant is situated in the basement, the waitress moped floor with bleach while we were waiting and dining, So the bleach smell kind of fused with food, but I got used to it after a while. However, really wish the waitress not to mope the floor.

The environment is not very special, but luckily I like the taste very much? This is the most appetizing barbecue I have ever eaten. There are hot pot and barbecue restaurants everywhere in Flushing. This is the first restaurant I have come across that makes me love food so much. The landlady said that they have been open for more than 5 years. How did I just discover it?

Parking: We parked on the street that day and there were many parking spaces.
