Food quality is good!Service is friendly and atttentive.Pricing for oysters are steep!Shrimp, crawfish, calamari, octopus and fried fish is what we had with cajun spice. Overall, if they update their pricing and menu and introduce an option for all you can eat I would consider returning.
Kid-friendliness: They have options for children too.
My friend who lives in York had never been to Nolas before so wanted to try it out. We didn’t book, it was Sunday night and only 5.30. A very friendly man from Sardinia welcomed us and we were served by the very attentive Adam. The food was amazing, our table comfortable and our knowledgable Adam served us extremely well. This is a great place and I would recommend it to every visitor to York.
I would urge pescatarians or anyone with a halal diet to stay away from this place. I hate this place with a passion for the difficulty they put us through. We ordered a seafood bucket online for pickup as we were in the area. Seafood only. No meat. Eventually when we get home to our dismay we find there is meat, i.e. sausages in the *seafood bucket*. We called the restaurant, they admit they put sausage in all their seafood buckets, and they admit this is an issue with their online ordering. So I requested a refund to which they said they don’t do but can consider if we bring the seafood bucket to them. It’s 9pm, we don’t have dinner, and they want us to drive back to fix their mistake? What pray tell were they going to do with a seafood bucket someone took and brought back? Are you kidding me? Insane AND disgusting. So I gathered my evidence and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Somehow NOLA won. Good for you. Here’s your one star review.
We stopped by Nola for dinner while we visited Flushing for their seafood dishes. Enjoyed the Lobster roll and Fried Oysters a lot. Food comes out quickly and its delicious! Great seafood restaurant!
Uhh searching for boiling crab type of Vietnamese Cajun seafood boil is hard. This place was okay - $30 per person for all you can eat is well priced.Definitely get the garlic seasoning if you do the main boil. It has the most flavor and most resemblance to the best spots on the west coast. The fries were good - hot, crispy, soft on the inside.
We got their combo set for 2 with spicy garlic it definitely gives it that extra kick. It was a lot we couldn't finish everything but it was definitely worth it. Service was great.
Definitely had better seafood boil place, but food was still decent. I ordered snow crab legs and king crab legs. The price depends on the market price on that day. I went on Sunday, June 3rd with a friend.King Crab was ~$79 per poundSnow Crab Legs ~$29 per poundDungeness Crab ~$48 - 58 per pound (we didn't order this, so I forgot the price). Basically, each person gets a leg. The order came with sausages, potatoes, and a corn. Total after tax came out to be a little over $130.Thought it was weird that the order only came out with 1 corn. We have two people, how is that even shareable lol. The corn tasted old too, so I didn't finish it. Could use more sauce, potatoes and sausage---just seems like they cheaped out on ingredients that cost very little money, esp when we picked the most expensive thing on the menu. The snow crab legs were okay. I didn't expect it to have Cajun spice on it esp since we ordered garlic butter as the sauce. Didn't think it was needed. The king crab tasted better, but not as fresh as I was hoping it to be. (I had king crab in a Korean market that was killed and cooked right in front of me, so my expectation might be too high lol). Food was too salty. For $130 split between 2 people, I wasn't full, but was satisfied. There are family style meal if you think you need more food. Customer service was really good. I sat in the lowest floor and the waitor was really nice.
In the middle of flushing if you're looking for great option for Cajun seafood boil this spot should be on your radar.Small shop great customer service and cool atmosphere. What I really loved was this was deveined and clean.Food was delicious, and beer was cold
Sad that my shrimp allergy didn't allow me to partake in the All You Can Eat option as the broth is made with shrimp ingredients. But I did have the chance to order a la carte, a few items to still enjoy my dining visit. While my buddies noshed away on their buttery blue crab boil and the AYCE seafood spread they chose, I ordered the lobster roll combo and a side of fried oysters. Lobster roll was generous in proportion of meat and the fries were great! I paid $2 extra for the peach green tea drink as the combo included soda only but I asked for the option to swap. It was good too. Too bad I didn't notice the beer infused fruit until I was leaving, would return to try that and other items like the fried chicken and calamari.
We ordered mild spicy seafood. When they served us it was sugary sweet and totally ruined the seafood flavor. I asked waiter for some vinegar. He told me they don’t have any. I told him the taste is horribly sweet. He said he can switch flavors with in pot of seafood to a spicy flavor. When they brought the food, it burned my lips and tongue. It was spicy hot not just spicy. The waitress nice enough to gave me a cup of ice water and I drank the whole cup. I asked them for a check and they told me that they have to charge me a penalty because I didn’t finish the food. Three of us. We only order one person amount food and we only eat 1/4 of it. The pictures was reminded food on the table. Ok, I would rather pay the penalty rather then vomiting later on. It was cheaper seafood anyway.

While dining in, ordering $29.99/person buffet is definitely the bang for the buck. You can order 2 crabs/person and crawfish, mussels, shrimp by the pound along with some appetizers. The garlic butter flavor didn't have much taste so we asked for spicy garlic on the side. Clam chowder, sweet potato fries and fried chicken were pretty good. You can skip on the fried mushrooms the mositure from the mushroom makes it soggy.
We had the all you can eat buffet for $30 per person and the food was good for the price it was worth it, the portion size big. The service here is excellent and super friendly while being swift with our food. We got our appetizer no less than 5 mins of ordering. The food was a little on the spicy side but I'm sure there's an option for no spicy. The crawfish was amazing very tasty but the blue crab was kinda disappointing it has less meatiness but other wise it was very tasty. Overall the buffet is worth it for the amount of seafood you get but you have 90 mins to eat as much as you can.

We spent $35 a person with the all you can eat special. The garlic butter sauce was excellent and really flavorful. I wish they would’ve given us bread to dip into it. The blue crab was not cleaned out. Some of the potatoes were uncooked and raw. The service was excellent and they kept coming around with water. The soda was three dollars with an unlimited refill. The shrimp was pretty good and the muscles were delicious! Sweet potato fries were really good also. The fried fish wasn’t cooked as well. The first round of corn was really good and hot and juicy, but the second round of corns was cold. The fried shrimp was good but it had way too much batter on it.
They offer a wonderful all you can eat option for $29.99! The staff was friendly and attentive. Do keep in mind that the time limit is 90min. And It did take a bit of time to serve food after we (re)ordered. Overall we had a good time there.
