I came here a few hours ago with my family and ordered the 2+1 and was going to order some other dishes. The waitress came and told me it was 3+1, so I ordered the 3+1 and bulgogi over rice in hot pot, and spicy bibimnaenymyun and two cokes. My mom paid the bill with her card and then checked her bill and saw she was charged for 4 servings of the meat. We made a complaint and they said they never said that and it was a misunderstanding. That’s when we found out they didn’t even give us 4 servings of the meat because there was only 3 bones and other waitresses confirmed that we only ate 3servings. The lady in the front was so rude she didn’t even say sorry and just gave us $40 back when she was supposed to give us back $80 because it’s 2+1. We will never go back to this place.

A lot of the bad reviews here are because people don’t seem to understand how Korean restaurants work. Unlike American establishments Korean wait staff will not come to you unless YOU call them. It’s so that you can eat in peace. I come here all the time with my family and this place is always consistent with great deals!

If you're looking for real Korean BBQ, this is the place to go. Their pork rib BBQ which is order for two get one free absolutely the best, tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. What sets them apart is that they use authentic charcoal, which gives the meat that rich, smoky taste you can’t get anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone craving true Korean BBQ!
The combo menus gave us more choices for the optimized amount for my family.

Was great time have fun but the owner or manger came to us “are you guys done dinner? “ we were panic they wants kick us out for next customers seat I don’t recommend this place anymore I don’t want go there anymore really hate this place

I think the pork ribs are the best in New York!! There is always a wait, but waiting 10 to 15 minutes is nothing. I have no intention of going somewhere else to eat. I also enjoyed the soybean paste and steamed egg custard.
