My Grill and Deli is an amazing place and I am so happy that I have a place like this where I can rely on the freshness and the goodness of whatever I am purchasing at the moment.

I’ve been a regular customer at this deli for a while, but I’ve noticed a disappointing trend in their customer service. Whenever they make a mistake with an order, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the staff takes an attitude out on the customer. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re spending money there and just want a decent experience. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. I really hope they improve how they treat their customers, because no one should have to deal with rudeness over something that isn’t their fault.

The food okay , and most of the people are nice , except for one guy at the counter . For a non Caucasian guy to praise Caucasian customers but show little respect to another minority. Ex. If I give you money in your hand then I expect you to hand me my change back in my hand especially if I have my hand out. Also they are sneaky with the prices trying to charge you tax when you pay with cash . FYI get rid of the foreigner , who forgot he was one to beginn with

Horrible !!!! The food is good but the service omg sucks!!! The lady on the phone that takes orders does not speak English nor can she comprehend orders being placed on the phone in English. They move very slow this is NYC not Alabama. Very lazy attitude and don’t care when they’re mess up your order due to the lack of them not speaking English in the phone. It’s frustrating because they already take long with orders and when they mess up an order it delays everyone trying to go to work and such. It’s simple put somebody on the phones that can speak English and take orders correctly.

The place is really clean and the staff is so friendly. The food is 4/5 only because it’s a little bit pricey but in general the food is good! The staff makes this store to be honest; they’re the reason this place gets 4/5. Nice job y’all!

Be aware what they charge you. everyday the prices are different for some reason. Today, they double taxed me and I almost paid another five dollars. Wouldn’t have known if I didn’t ask. Like other reviews, You have lost another customer for your dishonesty!!

I have two different kinds of ladies helping me at the register as an occasional customer. One comes during the day and another one comes in the evening. I think they’re both Spanish. I haven’t had issues yet and they’re both supportive and attentive towards me and other people. Food is good from the chefs and the two ladies both give me quick in and out when there isn’t a line. They work hard also so let’s give them the credit that’s due.

The food is delicious, thanks to the chef. However, the service at the register can be inconsistent. The lady at the register was rude and unclear about prices, but the manager is polite and helpful. Overall, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit, but be prepared for potentially inconsistent service at the register.
