Food is great when the modifications I ask for are followed (I genuinely don’t ask for a lot!!), but it drives me insane that I’ll ask for my salad dressing to be on side 4x when I call in my order and it comes drenched in dressing. Please hire someone that can understand what I’m saying!! When I asked for honey dijon dressing, which is listed on their menu, the woman over the phone says “we don’t have Dijon, we have honey mustard.” GIRL PLEASE WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK DIJON IS?!

The food is good in this place. But the Spanish lady on the phone is very rude. She keep people on the phone for over 10 min.. you have to hang up and call again so she could take your order. She always has an excuse.. I'd She can't handle it by her self then get one else. Or get someone to help her. I really dislike her customers service.

They didn't put ketchup or mayo on my sandwich after I ordered and they repeated my order correctly.. also didn't put ice in our our coffee. Also the lady at the register looks annoyed that she needs to ring you up. Yuck

On 8/23 at 7:05 AM, I went into this deli and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I was very clear that I wanted ketchup, black pepper, and cheddar cheese. After commuting for over an hour to work, I opened my sandwich only to find the cook had taken it upon himself to add MAYONNAISE! Something I never asked for and do not eat...I was furious and immediately called the store to express my frustration. Instead of listening, the person on the phone pretended not to understand me, put me on hold twice, and then hung up. I called back five times!!!!! And no answer. My bill was $13.98, with this nasty sandwich costing $6.50 (overpriced, by the way). I could not have possibly asked for mayo because I don’t eat it on anything. The disrespect, lack of accountability, and refusal to answer the phone is the reason I’m leaving this review. Imagine losing money and receiving no apology or acknowledgment, that’s downright rude. This deli is overpriced and unprofessional. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll be coming back for my $6.50, since answering a simple phone call seems to be too much for them.
