I will never be ordering from this establishment again. I ordered a chicken cesar salad with sweet potato fries. I began to eat my salad and a few bites in I felt something weird in my mouth. I spit out my food to find a STACK OF STAPLES in salad! I was disgusted and shocked. I called the establishment right away and the manager who answered the phone was rude, disrespectful, and not apologetic regarding what has happened. I explained what has occurred and the man on the phone kept telling me that’s not possible and how that be. He continued to tell me that they don’t use staples yet the food came packed in a paper back CLOSED WITH STAPLES.
He did not offer a refund, another order, or some sort of compensation for a future order. However he did tell me “if the owner reimburses you for the order will you still right a review?” That is your main concern instead of addressing the situation with an appropriate response and an apology. This establishment has no respect for their customers.

I ordered food. The cheese fries were burnt. Second time i decided to give them a chance. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich.. got the turkey no cheese..
I can't. Im not ordering from them again. I work hard for my money and I would like a decent good meal. Not burnt or things missing.. im unsatisfied and disappointed 😞
UPDATE:: INSTEAD OF apologizing for this inconvenience. He chooses ignorance. This shows the lack of care and attention YOU GIVE TO CUSTOMERS.. IT SHOWS YOU DONT CARE. Instead of trying to mend the situation you just say you never heard of this happening? Me getting a hero with only grilled turkey. I DONT WHAT TYPE OF EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE. BUT IM HAPPY YOU STAND BY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT ....

I have been seriously trying to give this location a 5 star review. I called on various occasions to have some food delivered, mostly sandwiches, and each time, about 10 times, they always messed up the orders.
I really had enough ordering from this location as of yesterday, again, messing up on my orders. I ordered two sandwiches, and both were terrible. One turkey and cheese with everything in it, when I say that the sandwich had no cheese, one small piece of tomato, lettuce? hmmm, no onions, it was just awful!!! The other one, I asked for the bread to be toasted, the bread was cold as ice and hard.
I will never order from this location again, I was trying to give them a good review, but… I am not taking any more chances.

I had a great experience at NY Grill and Deli. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, which immediately set a positive tone. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable ordering. I ordered a chicken over rice, and it was honestly delicious. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade rather than rushed or generic. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The place itself was clean and inviting.
