We've been fans for years. Spinach Pide is a fantastic side. For dinner, we especially like the salmon their Red Sauce really brings out the flavor. Service is always friendly.

The food, particularly the several dip appetizer, was outstanding. We were treated wonderfully and you made the two birthday girls very happy.

We always like to bring new friends to OBA! Sitting out on the beautiful porch with a breeze is so special. The staff makes you feel like family The Food is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Calamari, hummus and branzino is our go to! The salad that comes with is delicious as well. Go, bring your own wine, you will thank me later.

I can’t get over how bland this food was. There was absolutely no flavor to the chicken gyro or the lamb doner. Even the “hot” sauce tasted like water. And the 22 dollar cheese pide was insanely overpriced. Will not be coming back here and am truly astonished that it has such a high rating. What a waste of money.

The popularity of this place really does not match what they offer. The Lamb sandwich contained lamb that was tough. What prompted me to even leave a review was the fact that the multi-page menu had food stains on it. If they can't be bothered to offer clean menus, what else is not clean. The sister OBA on Austin Street has had a Grade Pending grade in the window for months and probably years.

Best Turkish food in Forest Hills. Menna at the Metropolitan location makes us feel at home every time we visit.

Their dishes are delicious and high quality. However the restaurant is always so busy, I prefer a takeout. If you want to dine in a bit more clam atmosphere, I recommend to go to the one on Metropolitan Avenue.

It's a very bad place, very expensive, the food tastes very bad, not good at all. I regret coming here. I won't be coming again, just so my friends know

The food here doesn’t have much flavor. Other than the appetizers, the main entrees were all disappointing. What’s worse was their service. My husband asked the waiter if any food contains nuts since my son is allergic to nuts. We were told no. We ordered an appetizer platter and one of the sauce has walnut in it. Luckily, my son only touched a little before we realized there was walnut. He could have needed up in the hospital. We also had to wait a long time to get water filled even thought there were only three tables of guests. Won’t be going back.

We always receive excellent service and eat delicious food every time we eat at Oba. We particularly enjoy the spicy ezme and the sauced eggplant along with the lamb shish kebob. We will be back again soon!
