I was passing by and wanted to approach the staff and asked to go to the bathroom, to which they rudely told me that the bathroom is only for clients, it was very unpleasant from a purely human perspective to hear a refusal even though they weren’t very crowded, to be honest, it’s very unpleasant for me as a person the person listened to the refusal simply that I should go to the bathroom to wash my hands, I was cleanly dressed, neatly dressed, to which I said no problem, I’ll buy something from you to eat, but they don’t have anything to eat, only sweet drinks and I I eat a lot of sweets and sugar, I just tried to choose something for a couple of minutes, I couldn’t find anything, the staff is very unpleasant, I hope this place closes someday for its rudeness

Located across from Da Long Yi Hotpot, there's three dessert stands located in one place....One Zo being one of them.I opted not to get any of the milk teas since they apparently use powder creamer in them. I had a fresh strawberry green tea which was pretty good...refreshing with real strawberry pulp and tea flavor wasn't too strong either. The interior space is quite large and there's plenty of seating to hang out. Opens fairly late too.

Boba is made fresh on-site and you can taste the difference.

Stopped by here about 6 months ago on my way home. I originally wanted to stop by Gong Cha which was around the corner, but strangely enough, it wasn't open. I found this bubble tea spot instead and decided to give it a try. At the time, I was the only customer in. Despite that, I opted to use the self-ordering kiosk. I ended up getting 2 drinks to-go, but both drinks were average and not too memorable. The tapioca pearls themselves in my Brown Sugar Milk Tea were not too hard nor too soft though which was a plus. Luckily, they provided a plastic bag that snugly fit the two drinks I had because as soon as I got home, I discovered that one drink was not sealed properly on top and was leaking. As for the atmosphere itself, the inside was quite spacious and there's plenty of seating as well as photo-ops. The menu design was incredibly cute as well (pictures attached).Should I be in the area again, I'll likely stop by and explore the other options this spot has to offer.

Decent boba shop with a variety of milk teas, slushees, and desserts. I got the brown sugar milk tea with sugar boba and it tasted pretty average for a boba tea shop. The milk to brown sugar ratio was a little high, so I’d recommend getting normal sugar for this shop. The boba balls themselves were the right level of chewiness texture.

Got the one zo fruit tea and it was pretty refreshing. Got regular sugar which was perfect. Overall, a nice place and the staffs are very nice.

Got the seasonal item, Thai Iced Tea, for December. Asked for regular sugar and regular ice. They definitely didn’t use condensed milk like Thai iced Tea calls for. Very lacking in any sweetness. Also texture was very watery. Probably due to the milk substitute they used?I will say however the black sesame boba tastes really good. Soft and chewy as well.Nice big spacious spot to hang out but might want to adjust thermostat. It was very very warm in there.

I ordered the taro milk tea and was really disappointed in what I got. Despite being advertised as fresh taro, the only amount of fresh taro I got was some paste smeared on the side of the cup (as you can see in the photo). There was no taro in the drink itself. It was just a cup of milk...My friend got the sesame milk tea, which was a lot better. One Zo shares a space with 2 other small businesses (shaved ice and pudding) which makes it a convenient meeting spot (there is seating inside too), but I don't think I will be coming back.

Cute decor but very average drinks. Maybe it’s bc of the particular tea I ordered - the roasted rice milk tea - and it was the blandest boba tea I’ve ever had. It tasted like it was watered down, by a lot. I could taste neither the tea nor the milk :(The sesame bobas sounded better than tasted.

Great bubble tea spot. I always come here when I am in LIC visiting. It is spacious and clean. Ordering and paying on the screens is quick and easy. I've tried the strawberry smoothie and the watermelon green tea. Their boba is the perfect chewiness. Strawberry smoothie might be the best one I've had in a long time. The watermelon green tea is seasonal but it is so refreshing with chucks of watermelon in it. Add some honey boba and it's the perfect drink on a hot day. Recommend!!

I love roasted milk tea here, it tastes exactly like the original flavor I tried in Japan.
