I live down the street from this deli and have been coming here for two years or so. I really do love their products but recently someone stole nearly 500 dollars from my bank account using their atm and they refuse to help me or let me see camera footage.
They always give excuses as to why the can't show me and my bank refuses to give me the withdrawn money back due to lack of evidence. Mind you, there's a bank of America that's a 10 minute walk from me so why would I waste money by withdrawing with ATM fees???
I would have charges of 20-100+ dollars from their atm/store on days I NEVER left the house. My guess is someone took my card or they recorded me entering my pin and slowly took money out of my account hoping I don't notice. If they at least helped me out as a loyal customer I wouldn't feel so inclined to leave a public review like this. I hope this doesn't happened to any one else.
This is the third time I ordered a sandwich here and the bacon and meat was burnt it was really disgusting
Yall are awesome😻
Great service
Been coming here for years. Their food is amazing, always fresh and prepared neatly. I usually go for the cheeseburger deluxe or the Summer Slim smoothie. Unbelievable stuff. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. Never been to a better deli, to be quite honest.
This place is a cornucopia of joy :)
The best food 👍the best customer service (apo saleh number one) 😋 Delicious
The best food I ever had they got the best halal food in the area 🥰
Greedy owner puts cheaper drinks in the back, expensive drinks at the front. Cashiers tend to make up numbers. Probably the most expensive deli in this area.
I wanted to alert everyone to a serious issue involving EBT card fraud at Organic Town Deli & Grill.
It has come to my attention that this store works with another location, Urban Juice Bar, to steal customers' benefits. They share EBT information to drain money and food stamps from customers' cards.
Recently, a young mother with two children fell victim to this scam. After requesting a receipt to check her balance, all her benefits were stolen within minutes. The transactions occurred at different locations, including Chicago and Bushwick, in an impossibly short time frame.
Nearly $700 in food stamps and all her cash benefits were taken within 30 minutes. Victims often realize what has happened too late to prevent it.
Please be extremely cautious when using your EBT card at these stores. It's heartbreaking that people are exploiting those who are already struggling.
Stay vigilant and protect your benefits.

Plantega is a welcome sight to see, and they even have vegan pastries. My favorite are the rainbow cookies, but their menu is diverse and filling. Loved ordering from here!
Extremely expensive for the area it’s in. I’ve found the same products in Williamsburg…. Bedford and N 7th for dollars cheaper. Scummy.

Love the Plantega menu! They also sometimes have pretty good deals on fruit. Large beverage and snack selection. Please bring back the Cocojune yogurt!
They’re now open 24hrs and I will happily reward them with more business for it. Otherwise It’s your standard deli in a gentrified neighborhood with “healthier” options, they have smoothies and salads and everything is $2 more expensive than another deli around the corner. BUT, it being a 24hr store now makes it completely forgivable now
