We come and support local business as often as we can, but every time we walk away kind of disappointed. Compared to other 4.5 and up restaurants in nyc area, Otra Casita is below average. Not just because of the food, that is simply..too average, but mostly because of the service. Every time we have to wait..for hot sauce, drinks, check. And it’s a long wait! I can’t complain about drinks though! Always on point!

First off let me start by saying this was my first time here and the experience was absolutely horrible. I ordered a burger and when I bit into it there was a big piece of plastic in my mouth. When I called the waiter over and told him what happened he just took the plate and asked me if I wanted another one. Absolutely ridiculous no apology or anything and then is going to tell me it was the plastic that they wrap the meat in and mistakes happen. There should never be any mistakes in hen it comes to food that ppl eat. He just walked away and said I’ll bring your check. I’ve never experienced anything like this in a restaurant in my life and it’s safe to say I’ll NEVER be back.
