This is a selection of Barbera grapes exclusively from the vineyard in Verduno, within the subzone "Neirane." Produced only during exceptional vintages, the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barriques and one year in bottle. It shows great structure and complexity, with notes of vanilla and chocolate that will evolve in time towards spiciness. Tasting Notes – Very deep ruby red color. Rich and deep fruity flavor, well integrated with the spicy notes coming from the aging in small French oak barriques, revealing well-balanced juicy and jammy sensations in the mouth. This Italian gem delivers on all fronts. Located in a stunning brick greenhouse-y kind of space, the atmosphere is pretty magical. The food is wonderful, the cocktails divine, and the staff are all the best. A must-visit for ambiance and delicious food and drinks!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner of 20 people at Pan and had a blast. Yuki was so sweet and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The food was amazing and the vibes were great. I would definitely recommend Pan to anyone looking to host a private event in Ridgewood.
