Yamine the cashier was very helpful and patient with her customers including me. She took her time to explain the new selections on the menu without an attitude.I ordered something else at a later time and the other girl was semi helping me out but Yasmine stepped in and helped out Grade A customer service she has. I hope she can teach others about how to speak and how to deal with customers.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered the new Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich while waiting for someone in the hospital and calling it a sandwich is generous. It was soggy bread with two very small, sad pieces of mozzarella and four under-ripe tomato slices. Not a green leaf or pepper in sight.

The staff was also terrible. The woman at the pickup counter rolled her eyes at anyone asking for their order after getting a text that it was ready. I understand people having a bad day, but wow...this was another level of awful customer service. I'll be spending a lot of time at that hospital in the near future and will never be back to this Panera-- not even for a beverage.

Sent me the wrong order, hair in food, and nasty customer service/managers. Not worth your money, the hospital food is better.

I would NOT recommend this place. The staff is very nasty attitude wise and not to mention they screwed up my order and didn't put all the stuff on my breakfast sandwich which got me very angry and the bread was burnt at that. I don't ever want to go here again!?

I work the overnight shift and their service is minimal at best. They are often out of items. The “hot” water for the tea is almost always tepid or cold. Their choice of types of tea are lame. I miss their earl greyer tea. I get most Panera aren’t 24 hours but this one is, you have employees working hard and families here overnight. Show some respect to them and step it up. They closed the cafeteria overnight so there is not other choice

The manager Richard is extremely hostile and rude. I ordered a coffee and it was the wrong one so I asked to have it changed to the correct order and he refused. Stating that he can’t prove what I ordered even though he could clearly see it in the system. He treated other customers in the same rude manner. HORRIBLE customer service.

WTH Panera?! You burned my grilled cheese sandwich and packed it and gave it to me. This went into garbage. Unbelievable.

My time being here for about a week as my family member is admitted to the hospital, I had to get something to eat occasionally. There are three kiosks that you can order and the waiting time will vary during the time of the day. Noon to about 1:30pm is the busiest, and the wait can exceed 20 mins. I haven’t had problems with their food quality while I was here. The food is decent and the coffee and sodas are all self serving. There are plenty of seating and also outdoor seating when weather is permitting. I guess if you want to avoid the long wait during lunch is to order through the app ahead of time and pick it up.

Please close this location asap. Service is lousy and they should not be operating in a busy environment where faster service is needed.

The shorter lady working the front end in business casual clothes (manager probably) is awful. Rude, dismissive, and inhospitable. I asked for extra cheese because there was none in my soup and she was livid, borderline refused me a single cup of cheese. Not to mention they forgot the croutons too. I told her she should be nicer to costumers considering she works at a hospital, and she scoffed and asked me to leave, continued to yell at her staff and other customers. She should not be working here, especially at a hospital.
