Maduro with cheese, with a nice authentic Colombian coffee The best treat for your self on a cold NYC afternoon.
I been in Colombia so many times and this bakery is the closest expiriance to a traditional bakery in Colombia definitely will have to come back.

Buñuelo was tasty. Coffee was like any other regular coffee. I have drank better Colombian coffee.
I only take out . The food is good . But the salads are not very good .

Chicharrón stale, arepa stale, empanada stale, pan de bono good! This is the second time I eat here and same experience both times. Honestly this is a common issue in all Colombian Bakeries I’ve been to in NYC area.

I love this place but EVERY TIME I order definitely they always get it wrong. Food is amazing but they need to pay more attention to food order notes, I’m def not ordering for delivery anymore
Authentic Colombian food with great staff. Great baked goods too. Only issue is sometimes you can’t get a seat!

Delicious, Authentic Colombian Food – Just Fix the Phone!
ParcerosBakery II is a must-visit if you love Colombian food. I stopped in recently and was seriously impressed. The morcilla (Colombian blood sausage) was a standout — freshly made, perfectly seasoned, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find Morcilla this good, even at more expensive spots.
I also tried their empanadas, pan de bono, and arepas, and everything tasted homemade with authentic Colombian flavor. You can tell they put care into what they serve. The bakery section had a great variety, too — definitely worth checking out if you like traditional Colombian pastries.
The only downside was that I tried calling ahead, and the phone number listed on Google wasn’t working. It would’ve been helpful to place an order or check hours in advance. Hopefully, they can get that updated soon.
Still, the food and service were excellent — I’ll definitely be back!

The ladies who work there are rude and lack the charisma to serve customers. This is the first bad experience I've had at a place in New York.
Mid at best. Beef was chewy, soup was lukewarm, potato salad bland, rice old and hard. Hot chocolate was good and warm but lacks the bitterness that a Colombian chocolate should have. The arepa de chocolate was the best part to be honest. Will not be coming again because there are better Colombian bakeries in queens.
Unoccupied tables because there was only one person
They let me sit at a big table. I understand that it is lunch time but they always serve in a rude manner as if they were giving you food as a gift. Remember that we are in America, it is not Colombia.

The morning staff is not very friendly. What saves the place is the variety of food and how good it tastes. I wouldn’t come back for the service
