I ordered what I thought would be Luke a western omelet. What I got was raw vegetables in an egg sandwich. Maybe I didn't describe well enough? It was done in 2 minutes and shoukd have known from the timing how slapped together this would be... $6.50

good business model, terrible subs. I've never run so fast to leave a review, why is my bread soggy ? why does my sub taste sour ? who thought it was a good idea to put cheese wiz instead of real cheese? amazing business model and marketing for some subpar subs.

When you pay $16.. you expect it to be a hero which means a 10 or 12 inch sandwich. They feel giving you a roll is sufficient with barely any meat. I’m tired of businesses crying inflation when really it’s a flat out rip-off. Customers deserve a sandwich fit to feed an adult for $16, not a preschool student. AVOID.

I've been coming here for about 3 months now and I absolutely love their food and staff. The food is always fresh and the staff are very hardworking and accommodating. It can get very busy at times so it's best to call ahead if you're in a hurry or have a large order, but no matter how busy they are they dont sacrifice quality. I ordered a catering for my company today and everything was perfect. They delivered food, in-house, on time and food was great as always. Thank you PMS for bringing value to our neighborhood, Bayside. Forgot to mention, their family owned. Love supporting small-local business. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been coming here as a customer for 2 years now to get omelettes, home fries, BLT, and chopped cheese. The platters and sandwiches are good. Sauces are good too. Atmosphere is friendly. Sure, there might be people who have had bad experiences, but I think that’s just part of doing business. No business is perfect, no human is perfect. The good thing is as humans we have the ability to learn from our mistakes and change stuff. Whenever I feel like something is wrong with an ingredient, I always bring it up to them and they always goes above and beyond to change and meet my needs in the store. Give this place a try, they’re new and trying to do their best.

I had a really good experience for the first time. I had 2 different sandwiches(the Korean, mister seoul) and it was really good. Because of my fantastic first experience memory , I revisited and ordered 'the korean' . However the taste was horrible, bread was burnt and soggy, meat was tough, and vegetables were too salty!! It was extremely salty!!! I will mention again!! It was very salty!!! I don't know why and how they messed up my 23 dollars sandwich, it was very disappointing. I don't recommend this place because of the taste fluctuation.Ps. Boss please check the recipe of the vegetable dressing on the sandwich(it's seriously salty)and inform one who cooks that he is making over +$20 sandwich.
