Billy made my oat milk latte perfectly — just the right balance of coffee and milk. Lavazza is used, which tastes great. He also made several helpful suggestions for my husband’s regular milk latte, and it turned out great as well. He was so lovely and attentive and made sure we had enough napkins. The kids had pastries, which they always enjoy.

Would be 4 stars, but there’s this homeless old lady that essentially lives in this Paris Baguette every day without fail for the past 2+ years since this has opened. She talks loudly and annoyingly, occasionally blasts the volume on her phone, and she doesn’t even buy anything here, she literally steps out to across the street and brings food and drinks from a 7/11 to eat and here. I wouldn’t even care honestly, but she is annoying with the sound she makes (and call me rude but - it’s a weird image to associate some random old lady’s face as the first thing that comes to mind when I think “Paris Baguette” - again, mind you she’s in here every day without fail past 2+ years). I’d frequent here more often (to sit with a drink and pastry) but I literally avoid this place more often than not to not see this lady’s face every time without fail… anyways, rant over, not a big deal unless you notice everything like me. Have a nice day.

It's a nice place to study and grab something light. I've been coming here since they first opened pre-Covid. But I have noticed recently when I come in to stay, a strange smell that either emanates from the garbage or the basement, and it's very nauseating especially when your trying to eat and study.

My husband bought me a cake from this location for my birthday.

During the party— to my dismay and utter embarrassment in front of my guests, the entire top part of the cake was MOLDY. Needless to say my mood was ruined and we had to scramble out to get a replacement from somewhere else.

When bringing this up with the manager/owner he was very dismissive and disrespectful. Ironically, the cakes in the display case are also moldy.

This is not the standard i expect from a chain like Paris Baguette and it is shame that this is allowed. It is the first time we experienced such a thing and we are regular customers at other branches of PB.

Please look into this and rectify it before someone gets sick from ingesting mold.

We visited today as a family of five and stopped to look at the desserts. The lady at the counter didn’t even greet us or acknowledge us—she just walked to the register and flatly said “it’s self-service.” No smile, no welcome, nothing. Very unfriendly and unprofessional, especially for a place that depends on customers feeling invited.

I bought a pistachio latte and want bread last night and woke up with food poisoning. The man behind the counter did not have gloves on. Then he over charged me until I pointed out that the latte is $5.49 and not $6.99. When he gave it he said there’s just pistachio syrup which was not what the advertisement showed. My doctor said he probably did not wash his hands or had a clean environment. The store also has a “pending” food grade. Which means they probably failed and now are cleaning up their mess until the next food inspection.

Overpriced compared to other locations

I usually really like paris baguette in this location, but this mornings interaction literally ruined my day. I asked for my chipotle chicken sandwich to be heated up and I stepped out to grab coffee from another place in the meantime. I come back and I see this young girl with long brown hair dropping most of the contents in my sandwich when it was done heating up, and I was watching her do it (she was packing it as if I wasn't watching). All the other coworkers saw her do it and looked at me for a reaction. After she gave it to me she was staring at me as if I was in the wrong for being upset. Stop hiring people who don't care.
