The cakes here are amazing! Always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet. You can really tell that they put care into every detail. The Korean caker is so good, they always make the most beautiful and delicious cakes! Definitely worth a visit.

The quality of pre-order cakes has gone down. I pre-ordered a chocolate strawberry cake. 1. The price is now $46 which is understandable as everything has gone up in prices but don't increase the price and cut corners on others. 2. The amount of strawberry and cream in between the layers were minimal to none in most spots. 3. The worst was that the cake was dry. We all believe it wasn't freshly made on the day of pickup (12:30pm).

I bought the mango and coconut cake yesterday for my mom's birthday. I bought that cake before and always been good. However this time the mango is actually hard and crunchy, and everyone just eat the cake but not the mango. Paris Baguette should watch their food quality, if mango is not ripe then don't use it. It's a shame someone has to pay $50 for just a plain cake

Place is clean and staff is friendly enough. All of their pastries and sandwiches are excellent. Except...their baguettes. You'd think their baguettes would be worlds best. Coffee is also really good.
Love Paris Baguette in general. We don't buy our cakes from any were else other than Paris Baguette. However, first time in many years the chocolate chiffon cake was off. Couldn't believe it !! I really hope they maintain their standards.

Some of the staff has some of the worst customer service Iâve ever seen. One of the workers couldnât make a coffee to save their life, but somehow had the gall to call my mother âweirdâ when she brought it back up to the front because it was too cold. Donât work at a cafe if you canât make a simple coffee or even be patient with customers. Wouldnât recommend coming here if you donât have the energy to deal with the angst and attitude of some of the workers đ. Really disappointed, me and my family used to be a regular here.

I ordered a cake online 2 days ago. Arrived this morning to find out that the cake hadnât been made and was never given a call or email about it. They told me if you still want the cake it would have to be a 2 hour wait. Mind you, I drove an hour for this special cake and was met with disappointment once I arrived. However, the cashier was nice enough to let me pick any other cake regardless of the price. So I picked the rainbow cake instead. Still kind of bummed out about not being able to get the special cake I ordered 2 days in advance.
