🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I just went to the Little Neck branch in Long Island, NY. I ordered a mocha. They do not use whipped cream, and the mocha cream was disgusting—it didn’t even melt in my mouth. It felt like they were using margarine. Even the piece of chocolate they used was very low quality, like a rock added only for decoration.
My question is: you charge $7–$8 for a small piece of pastry, which is very expensive, so why don’t you care about quality? It felt like I was eating sweet carbon paper. The cream was awful. The ingredients you use can make people sick—full of pesticides, seed oils, and bleached flour.
This will be my last time. I will share my experience, because this is not fair to customers.

Tried the new Salted Caramel Pretzel Supreme Croissant today — it was really crispy and had that sweet + salty combo (a little salty, a little sweet).
I also always love the Jumbo Twisted Donut. It’s kind of chewy inside, almost like it has a mochi-like texture, and it’s super satisfying.
Got a latte too and it actually tasted like coffee (in a good way lol). I didn’t add any sugar and it was still smooth and easy to drink. Definitely coming back again!

The cakes here are amazing! Always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet. You can really tell that they put care into every detail. The Korean caker is so good, they always make the most beautiful and delicious cakes! Definitely worth a visit.

The quality of pre-order cakes has gone down. I pre-ordered a chocolate strawberry cake. 1. The price is now $46 which is understandable as everything has gone up in prices but don't increase the price and cut corners on others. 2. The amount of strawberry and cream in between the layers were minimal to none in most spots. 3. The worst was that the cake was dry. We all believe it wasn't freshly made on the day of pickup (12:30pm).

I bought the mango and coconut cake yesterday for my mom's birthday. I bought that cake before and always been good. However this time the mango is actually hard and crunchy, and everyone just eat the cake but not the mango. Paris Baguette should watch their food quality, if mango is not ripe then don't use it. It's a shame someone has to pay $50 for just a plain cake
I received great customer service from Jake today. I made a large catering order and had to be specific with my order as my guests have some dietary restrictions. He made the process so easy and was very patient with the process. Looking forward to my order next month for my Baby Shower 😃

Place is clean and staff is friendly enough. All of their pastries and sandwiches are excellent. Except...their baguettes. You'd think their baguettes would be worlds best. Coffee is also really good.
