Some of the staff has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. One of the workers couldn’t make a coffee to save their life, but somehow had the gall to call my mother “weird” when she brought it back up to the front because it was too cold. Don’t work at a cafe if you can’t make a simple coffee or even be patient with customers. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you don’t have the energy to deal with the angst and attitude of some of the workers 💀. Really disappointed, me and my family used to be a regular here.

I ordered a cake online 2 days ago. Arrived this morning to find out that the cake hadn’t been made and was never given a call or email about it. They told me if you still want the cake it would have to be a 2 hour wait. Mind you, I drove an hour for this special cake and was met with disappointment once I arrived. However, the cashier was nice enough to let me pick any other cake regardless of the price. So I picked the rainbow cake instead. Still kind of bummed out about not being able to get the special cake I ordered 2 days in advance.

Bought this Sourdough Loaf bread yesterday. Brought it for breakfast today, toasted it , but it doesn’t taste fresh and tested little sour and very strange taste !!! Can anyone give me some guidance? Already thrown into the trash can

Just bought the grilled cheese sandwich, I ask it to be warm but I got it as cold and hard. I realized it only when driving up the highway since it was bag. , the Following day, I mention this to the person who prepared this, instead of apologizing which is the right response he told me "Well.. Life Sucks ".. this new person needs good customer service... All I need to hear is I'm sorry...

The cake I ordered was given to me very quickly and the worker named Jake was very kind and provided a very comfy atmosphere. I have ordered cakes from Paris baguette in the past and they all tastes really good. I would recommend to go to here if you want pastries that aren't very sweet.
