After reaching out to customer service the issue was fixed. It was annoying that the reason was incorrectly marked as customer didn't want the order. The actual reason was that store was out of stock after placing the order and then I had to go through these hoops. Regardless over all, updating rating to 4 because the cakes here are great.
----- I placed an order last month, they were out of stock and had to call me to say they would have to cancel. They did not cancel till the delivery guy came to pick it up and creating a lot of confusion. Since then I've been waiting for a refund. I've called over 10 times over the last 2 weeks and never been able to get through no matter the time of day. There is no email. There is no customer service for such issues. Posting here as the last ditch effort before flagging them for fraudulent charges.

I ordered a birthday cake last night. After eating the cake, we felt sick and had diarrhea. The strawberry part inside didn’t look fresh. I asked the girl if it was made the day. She said yes and bring this one out from the kitchen. I purchased after 7 pm 9/12 and paid cash 42.99 and didn't ask for recipt.

The server lady wearing a hijab she was really rude to us. Very mean and bad energy. Other staffs are really good but she was very mean just ruined my whole day.
