I Was a daily customer at your 2 52–20 Northern Boulevard location. Lately I’ve been going to yourHorace Harding location. today September 19, 2025 I accidentally spilt my soda on the table while eating my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I immediately asked Donnie the manager for a roll of paper towel towels which he gave me. No one came over to help me there was soda all over the floor on the table on my newspaper, and on the chair that I was sitting. You can look at my profile and see how much money I spend in your locations probably $50-$100 per week. Stephanie, who works in that store is great. I love her. She’s hard-working cute adorable and I think she’s great. Getting back to my accident of spilling soda, the woman behind the counter who I don’t know her name of Asian descent, just ignored me when I complained to her That nobody came to even help me clean up the spilled soda that I had to clean up, which I think is abominable. I’ve been in the food business for over 55 years and never had someone come into my establishment who had an accident and someone come over immediately with a mop or paper towels, or some kind of Cleaning Objects to help them. I have better things to do with my time than write this review but I just can’t help myself. I have to. You will never see me in that location again, but you might see me at your Horace Harding location there’s a young man in the Horace Harding Location named Jake who is the best worker I’ve ever seen. If I still owned my six food establishments that I used to I would steal him from you and have him come work for me. That’s how good he is and you should give him a raise, but that’s up to you. I don’t tell anyone how to run their business. The Little Neck location on Northern Boulevard is dirty, usually out of a lot of merchandise, and the staff has much to be desired except for Stephanie, Donnie is great. I don’t know what happened to him today. Yes I did not buy the soda in your store because you do not sell the only soda which I can drink because you have a very little merchandise in your showcase. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I really enjoyed the matcha. However, the biggest downside was the WiFi, which was essentially nonexistent. I noticed someone mentioned this issue in a review last year, and it seems nothing has been done to improve it since. That was disappointing, especially for anyone hoping to get some work done here.

Good quality but staff could be more friendly. They didn’t ask if I wanted sugar in my iced coffee which was premade I guess. Very unusual to add sugar without asking.

Don’t think I’ll ever order from this place again. Went to get couple slices of cake the other night, the guy working in there was sweeping the floor and came over to grab my cakes, WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. Seriously? I think I was too kind enough didn’t say a word, what I really should’ve done was walk away without the cake. Yikes

Place was amazing drive long to get to see what they have unfortunately by the time they should have everything there was nothing in there. Everything was so empty all leftover for the day nothing fresh coffee old and cold not really recommend to anyone.

I went out for brunch with my friend. We loved freshly baked raspberry almond croissants. We tried mini almond cream cheese pastries, a pack of 6, and they were fresh but not much filling. It's our family go-to place for a nice cup of cappuccino and vegan muffin. We wish there were more dairy free options in pastries or sandwiches. I'm definitely coming back!
