Seems like their thermal printer here isn’t working well, so the purchase receipt with QR code coudn’t be scanned for reward points. The staff tried to help by reprinting receipt also emailed the receipt, but it didn’t work. But thanks to the efforts of the staff, the problem was resolved the next day. Thanks again!

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I really enjoyed the matcha. However, the biggest downside was the WiFi, which was essentially nonexistent. I noticed someone mentioned this issue in a review last year, and it seems nothing has been done to improve it since. That was disappointing, especially for anyone hoping to get some work done here.
