I ordered the shrimp fried rice. They gave me yellow rice and like 5 tiny shrimp in my LARGE bowl. 5 shrimps! Crazy!

Very bad experience. We order chow mein and they gave us some chopped vegetables. They said we should order low mein. Just search the bowser chow mein vs low men and you can clearly see the difference. Chicken is also not up to the quality. It was a bad choice going there.

The customer service is horrible. I specifically told the person I wanted no onions in my order which they agreed more than once and proceeded to make my order WITH ONIONS. Not to mention everything is OVERPRICED for mediocre food. Just find somewhere else at this point.

I really dont know how they have such a low rating but their food is always top teir. Food is not greasy like others and always fresh. It's American Chinese couldn't ask for a better spot on this side of town. I usually order the boneless spare ribs (well done) with pork fried rice, never does it lack in quality.

Today 1/11/25 i ordered the same order I’ve always ordered from this place for over 2 years (bbq boneless rib tips & white rice), upon receiving my meal I sat down in the small eating area and immediately smelled a foul order from my rib tips. I made the mistake of assuming my food was ok and took one single bite of bbq rib tips and felt my stomach drop as the meat was very clearly rotted and just had glaze thrown on top of it. I stepped to the side of the register to politely point out the issue with my meal and was told by the lady owner it’s impossible my meat was bad. I invited her to smell the food to which she made a face while smelling but said it’s fine, but refused to try the food when I insisted the meat was bad. I had ordered $40 worth of food for my family’s meal and drinks and simply requested a refund for my $10 plate since a single bite of my meal was taken before I could tell the food was bad. This turned into a 20-30 min argument from the lady owner refusing to give me a refund even though they have no policy or signs up stating they don’t do refunds. The owner called me out for lying, and ignored me infront of various customers while I kept a low calm tone of voice just asking for my refund because o shouldn’t be expected to eat a meal that would land me in the hospital. After 20-30 mins of her raising her voice and belittling me Infront of my family and customers I sadly had to put my foot down and demand once again a refund or this time I’d call the authorities to have them sort out the mess, since anyone would’ve been able to clearly tell the food was bad from smell alone. The lady owner finally got spoken to by her husband or a cook and gave me my refund before telling me to not come back again…

This has been the most backwards and horrible interaction I’ve ever had at a food establishment let alone a place I frequent regularly with my family. I seriously suggest anyone looking for good food and service visit anywhere else in the area.

Don’t spend your money with these people because you’ll be treated horribly for any issues you have with your meal.

The lady taking orders was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service! I was yelled at because I kept giving her my card’s expiration date instead of my zip code. The funny part is that she kept asking for the expiration date when she actually meant the zip code! Apparently, she doesn’t know the difference between the two. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she yelled at me! I will never order from this place again. Horrible customer service!

this place used too be decent .now they are so expensive and chinsy withere food ,ex i bought dumplings and they only give you 6 they used to give you 8.i bought a large chicken and broccoli and was 90 % broccoli and a few pieces of chicken.they do that with all theres dishes..man you payan expensive price for their food ,and you get CRAP.goinf find another place and telling everyone i know not to go there.

god i just love chinese food… anyways this tastes like a classic chinese place! features a variety of options and the food was quickly made, not to mention these prices are great.

was served homey food that hit the spot. service was okay but that’s how you know the food is good haha.

egg drop soup (8/10):
tastes like your classic egg drop soup! perfect consistency but a bit too salty for my liking.

beef chow fun (9.5/10):
easily the best i’ve had, and i’ve had this dish at a lot of places. beef was tender and i loved the chow fun. it also had more veggies than a typical chow fun but that’s a plus to me. i didn’t like how much onions there were, but the rest of the dish was so good that i can’t really complain.

might update this post if i ever return to try other dishes!!! ???

I tried ordering a meal I saw displayed on their board. I was told they did not have it. I then tried ordering another meal from their menu- beef and was told they did not have mushrooms. I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Not sure what they sell but it seems as though they have a limited menu. A suggestion would be to revise your menu to show what you actually have or don't advertise one thing and provide something else.

It's alright for chinese food. Delivery driver was greedy with the tip. Was taking his time dollar by dollar giving change. Was holding on to every dollar. Felt really uncomfortable.
