Peppa's Jerk Chicken (Queens)

I had searched because i wanted some jamaican food after 3 hours the food was found because this.peppas is.opened late. HOWEVER the hospitality was bleak its like hurry up Order no humbleness just an smirk to say the least and they wanted tips..lol ive been to Jamaica WI many times and they are humble because of the poverty not all but Most are poor and tourism is necessary. Anyway I ordered expensive oxtails rice peas Cabbage and plantains they forgot my cabbage..i made a organic salad it didnt replace the cabbage but the oxtails were like my mom ised to make i enjoyed them but the plaintains were like fat thumbs not mashed i hated them. Oh yeah i had escovith fish it was onions no vinegar onion Sauce...very dry the patties were very good and the festival was alright a little dry. But i have my own onions i keep at home...it was Good. All i can say is if your of person of God for goodness sake SMILE. Stay humble stop thinking your more THAN ANYONE ELSE. for God owns your VERY Breathe and you will be judged on your character too.

I bought 2 large jerk chicken yesterday. When I open the bowl, it’s only chicken back with lots of skin. Not a single drumstick or thigh ! Only boney chicken back !

I finally found an authentic jerk chicken location and very clean as well

Stood about 10 minutes on line just to place a order with only 2 people front of me while 5 people behind the counter just watching you...rice and peas look and tastes like something you would feed your dog ? .Just gonna keep this simple I should have gone by the Door ? restaurant.. jerk chicken ? is just bland absolutely no taste, people don't waste your money, I'm so disappointed I actually spent money on this tasteless garbage.

Thank God Peppa's come to Queens. Thank you Jesus. Open to 3 in the morning . Fresh food till closing. No more driving to Brooklyn when I want late night food. Yes the food is good

The costumer service at this place is good. The portion keeps you wanting and the price is too high for basic food. These places are forcing me to cook more and eat out less. This is curried chicken with white rice and a sorrel. I needed a spoon to remove that pool of oil in the food. The taste was none existant. I could buy a mega curried goat meal at Jamaican flavors that could feed 2.5 people for that price. Once is enough-I wanted to give them a chance, but I won’t go back.

Tasty food- the servers nice. No issues highly recommend- you know Peppas is good good food u can’t go wrong. Besides this I feel like the drink is over priced. There food is a higher price - I guess u pay for what u get

Peppas in Brooklyn is one of my favorite places to get jerk chicken, so I was very excited to see that they opened a location near me in Queens. I decided to order jerk chicken today via Uber eats and I was so disappointed. The chicken was not jerked at all. Tasted more like a bland BBQ chicken and the skin of the chicken was still raw. It was the worse jerk chicken I ever had. I would have never expected this to happen because Peppas is well known for their jerk chicken. The festival wasn't bad though.

Chile I should’ve read the reviews before going ,was looking for for some fried chicken around midnight. My favorite spot Milli was closed so I decided to give it a try . They had no rice available so I tried to order a small fry chicken and fries when she told me 21 dollars I was like nope. So I ordered the whiting $11 which was made to order but the cashier did not disclose that . Anywho waited 25 mins just to get home for the food to have absolutely no seasoning and a very oily festival .
