Horrible Horrible service and the food wasn’t worth it. I went in to place my order and the cashier was arguing on the top on her voice with the cook, she continued even though I was standing right in front of her. Then she proceeded to talk about me the other server while was standing there, unbelievable!

The food is good but the service is extremely horrible. Employees spend more time on their cell phones than paying attention to customers.

We got the Jerk Chicken dinner with cabbage, plantains, and rice and beans and a Festival on the side. It was flavorful and delicious. We had it delivered to our airport hotel and It was the perfect meal to enjoy on the road. It felt wholesome and was an awesome choice other than fast food, yet it was fast.

The service is poor. Once entering, instead of being greeted they just stare at you until finally asking you what you’d like- mind you the store was pretty much empty. The female cashiers and servers are guaranteed to provide 1 thing & that’s attitude. If you order soup you must watch them or else you’ll arrive home & be pissed. Poured out the liquid & had one piece of chicken, 2 piece of corn and nothing but broth for a large soup. 7 shrimp for $13 & one was missing lol. Overall the service & food portions are basic for the elevated price. Definitely one of the lower end peppas as far as service, cuisine and quality. Another reminder of why it’s better to go home & cook.

Jerk chicken is absolutely delicious, the rice and beans on point and the plantains were cooked perfectly. The service was great and will definitely be returning when in the area again!

The food was just as bad as the attitude of the young lady who helped me this evening. Peppas is a Brooklyn staple so I had been excited to try this one, as it’s so close to home. I was excited that they add butter/lima beans to their oxtails so I ordered that. The food didn’t have the Jamaican flavor that you usually get when getting Jamaican food. The rice was soft and they pickle their veggies which was off putting. I won’t be returning. If they were at least nice to deal with I could’ve gone back to try other things.

I ordered from here today. I have a problem with my order, and the phone number isn't working. I am trying to speak to someone. I am truly trying not to leave a negative review, but it seems I will have to eventually. Got fry chicken n R&P.

The business sent a number for me to contact them. I contacted them several times, but no one answered or called back. The rice and peas were tough and not cooked well. I could not enjoy the food.

Pepa’s Jerk Chicken is hands down one of the best spots I’ve ever been to for authentic, flavorful Caribbean food. The chicken is perfectly grilled with that smoky, spicy jerk flavor that hits all the right notes—crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. You can taste the love and tradition in every bite.

The sides are just as good—especially the rice and peas and plantains. Portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you’re getting. The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, like you’re part of the family.

If you’re looking for real-deal jerk chicken that packs bold flavor and leaves you satisfied every time, Pepa’s is the place. Highly recommended!

The food is great. The woman in front with the nose ring was VERY rude. She didn’t greet me, take my order or even speak to me. A man with locs had to come from all the way in the back to serve me.
