This place is perfect. The servers are always an alert and helpful. I work nearby and sneak out to grab some caffeine and an enormous perfectly soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie on the daily. If the chocolate chip this good I can only imagine how good the other baked goods are. 10/10 if you’re looking for something that tastes great and is quick, this place never fails. If you’re in the neighborhood def choose this spot. I think there is a 15 percent off local work promo too.

Parking: You can pull over even if it says no parking til 6pm. They don’t really ticket the area. But don’t quote me on that.

their iced matcha latte with the honey lavender syrup is a must have! truly one of the best matcha drinks i've had. plus great service and atmosphere!

Not only are these some of the most delicious cookies I've ever had but the service was exceptional. I got a tin for my wife for valentines day and it went over quite well to say the least. Cannot recommend enough!

Ryan M have no idea what he's doing he does not know how to use the POS system and didn't know where anything was. Ryan was being very rude and sassy It's a good place just avoid Ryan.

Very mid. The brownie and famous cookie are not that good. The brownie was dry & cake-y. The cookie had too many flavor mixed together that it didn’t not taste good.

Splendid bakery with unique range of rich and tasty treats, plus scrumptious breakfast and lunch choices and whatever coffee you want. The breakfast brioche with eggs and bacon is filling and buttery, and warmed up hit the spot on a cool spring morning. Other refreshments include juices, kombucha, and cokes. Friendly service and lovely interior. This is a nice spot if you can’t hit, or don’t know about, the popular Manhattan locations and brand.

A small Maman outpost in a quiet location. nice place to get coffee during the day! Have been back a few times - the coffee is the same every time and good. Fast and very nice service. downside is that it's a little pricy compared to the area and no seating.
