I pretty much go to Maman every morning Monday to Friday so much it’s become my morning ritual. William is an awesome kind quick barista with great energy, he makes you feel like you’re apart of the community. I mostly get the cold brew but the croissants are truly the best in the city. I can’t remember life before Maman lol!

Dropped off my daughter at ice skating camp and looked for a nice cafe with good food. It’s hard to find one in a desolate area. William who works at the maman LIC location made this cafe so personable. He’s lovely, kind and smart. The food was tasty and my coffee was perfect! ( I am very particular about my coffee) after chatting with him I thought he was a manager or director. He is well spoken and knowledgeable about the food and locations and just everything at Maman. He’s esp great at multi tasking with many people at once. But takes the time to make each person feel heard. Truly one of a kind human. He made going to maman extra special. And I went back the following day for more treats and coffee! Thank you William for this wonderful experience. Hope to see you in the city locations managing and doing much more.

I am a daily customer here at the Long Island city location of MAMAN. It is a joy and a pleasure to be served by the store manager, William. He always greets us with a smile and no matter how busy he is he make sure that everyone is seen and feels welcomed.

William is the best barista! He’s really knowledgeable about Maman’s products and is always super friendly in the mornings. This place is honestly one of my favorite stops on the way to work.
