This place used to be decent. But the quality of the food has steadily gone downhill over time. Had bad food poisoning after eating at this place.

The service was 5/5, the serving team is very friendly and offers great service.
The pho here is some of the most awful tasting foul excuse for pho I've ever had. I cannot believe the owner thought of this recipe and somehow justified charging 14.99 for what is 4 pieces of thinly sliced meat in a broth that tasted like they just cut mushroom bullion and Maggie beef bullion and called it a day. I feel even more silly for not speaking up and saying how awful this is. This has none of the flavors you'd expect from pho. Pho 32 a Korean chain of pho restaurants somehow serves BETTER TASTING broth than this establishment. If you're looking for pho, go elsewhere. What they're calling pho is genuinely criminal and isn't worth your hard earned money.

I've been going to this resturaunt since it opened and it has always been good! The staff is very nice and the service is consistently quick. Every menu item I've tried has been delicious, but my go-tos are the combination pho, the pho with grilled chicken and the spring rolls. The atmosphere is very calm. I highly recommend coming here!

Is there an extra handling fee for swiping a card, or is there a tax for cash? Do you still charge a tip for takeout?

It's a bit disgusting shop. I don't know what the boss thinks. He charges customers' taxes and swipe their cards and then adds a fee for swiping their cards. Moreover, the fee is not written on the receipt. The operation is very disgusting.

I went there with my partner after coming back from a weekend trip in New England. We were craving Asian food (as there were no good options up North) and ordered pho, rice vermicelli with shredded pork, and a side of pork chops. Everything was refreshingly delicious!
My only complaint is that they skimped on the meat. The pho only has a few measly slabs of meat and the pork chop was about the size of a Google pixel 6 and cost almost $13!!!!!! Shrinkflation be real guys 😔

Wtf! This was honestly a very disappointing takeout experience. I ordered two orders of the combination pho at 13.99 each. When I looked at the portions of meat, I was shocked at the lack of substance there. This is unacceptable for the amount of food versus what I am paying. This is Queens, not Manhattan! I am hoping that this was an outlier of an experience but I can see from past reviews this is not unique to me. I will not be coming back and you should think twice before ordering here.
