I come here all the time. The ladies serving here are so sweet and kind. Phoebe is the absolute sweetest . She makes you feel like you are enjoying a lunch/dinner at home. This is my favorite place to come and eat. The Pho is outstanding and so flavorful. So happy they came to Whitestone/Flushing! ❤️

Delicious food and excellent service! The staff were friendly and attentive, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. This restaurant has definitely become one of our regular spots. Highly recommended!

Though the sign says Pho Top Vietnamese restaurant, it is no longer Vietnamese, but Chinese. At some point they must have sold the place to Chinese who kept the sign as it is. They don’t have the Satay beef, which is quite standard in Vietnamese cuisine. So I ordered a beef flank over rice. But it was not beef flank that came out, but beef brisket slow braised, which is typically Chinese fare. It was good. But I was looking for Vietnamese food. Too bad.
