I called Pollos Mario and was placed on hold, only to be completely ignored for 13 minutes. During that time, I listened to one of the employees casually chatting with coworkers and customers, with no attempt to return to my call. This level of neglect is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Extremely disappointing experience.

The menu prices are not updated and do not reflect what you see online. Also a few extra bogus charges like “container charge”. I replaced fries for a salad and was up charged without notice. Overpriced

Good food and generous portions with good service, some staff have been there for long time enough to recognize me after years of absence
Food was tasty, got bistec a caballo, sauce was delicious, steak wasn't tough, would recommend, friend got chicken cutlets, she enjoyed them too. Service wasn't great, it wasn't busy and took multiple flag downs to finally get a to go box and the check. Never checked on if we needed refills on our water or anything. It is what it is. I'm willing to chalk it up to maybe the server was having a bad day and just do 4 stars, food was still solid. Also it said one price for cash and one for card, but the check came with the card price even though we paid cash. It's like $2 difference and waited long enough to just write it off.
