Customer service needs A LOT of improvement. Majority of the staff are rude and unpleasant… like the DMV workers. Also, the prices across the board have been ridiculous. The VERY SMALL thing of mash potato is $4; barely a few bites of potato and gravy. Terrible.

The worst chicken ever, smells and taste like old oil

Refuse to accept coupons. It's clearly online for in store order. The cashier is very rude. The manager needs to replace her, or they won't last long in business over here.

This is the cleanest Popeyes location that I know of and the food is always fresh to me. The only thing I would improve is the customer service.

Not like it used to be. Dry uneven cooking, with much less flavor than years ago.

Check your order before you leave, because they've gotten mine wrong more than a few times.

I came into this Popeyes , it were just recently built . The people that work in there are rude and horrible at customers services, they talk to you very rudely and think they can just put whatever they want in your order without asking you exactly what you want , they tell you what you’re getting , it’s ridiculous. I had two bad experiences at this Popeyes , one with a south Asian manger , extremely rude and a man with a crooked face and mouth who also were very rude and also thought he was in charge of picking my side for me without asking what I wanted .
Then yesterday 1/9/2024 I went to Popeyes around 715 ish , PM .
I was greeted order and me and my kid ate and was about to go , I needed desperately to use the ladies room and my child did as well , we used the passcode from our
Receipt but it didn’t work , I went over to the counter and ask a square built Asian worker, why wasn’t the passcode working , he informed me the bathroom was out of order , I said all including the men’s ? He said yes , I said so you guys have no bathroom ? He said you can go somewhere else . EXCUSE ME ?!??
So I asked another worker who I seen coming out the men room , was the ladies bathroom in service ? He walked over put a passcode in and opened the door for me !
That other worker was so mean , and the manger saw him lie to me after I spent my money there . What was the reason ? When I enter the bathtub is tip top condition, nothing wrong . I can understand if I wasn’t eating in but to lie , trust me those folk are very nasty in that Popeyes , I don’t see them lasting long in that spot and hope it all ends soon . Who can I reach out to so I can report ? The video was another night from a EXTREMELY rude manger who argued me down after HE AND HIS STAFF were in the wrong

I order my food and drinks from them and when my food arrived they messed up on my order and didn't give me my drinks that I paid for...When I called them and asked them about my drinks, they told me that the drive took them with him and I said no he doesn't have them, so I said where's the drinks that I paid for...Because if I wasn't getting the drinks then take it of my card...They said no no have him bring the receipt back and we will give you your drinks. I called them up again and ask them where's my drinks they only gave me one...This Popeyes never looked at the receipt, if these individuals would have seen the receipt they would have seen 4 drinks instead of one....What other stories that they are going to make up....I would definitely not recommend them to anybody.

Terrible service a bunch of high schoolers and young teens with bad attitudes! Always a long wait time when you order popcorn shrimp. I ordered a box of popcorn shrimp and they gave me the box half empty. When I told them and showed them the box they said that’s how they serve it. That’s a lie I have been to other establishments that serve correctly. There is a female worker that hangs out in the front during work hours smoking weed with friends! Very unprofessional. I noticed they don’t wear gloves to handle the food that is very unsanitary. Woman wiped her bare hand on counter and then proceeded to handle food. Will not be returning here.

Rejected my Amex card probably a managers decision. Really cannot rate accurately since AMEX is not accepted at this location. Hopefully they do better than the Capital One.
