I received the wrong food and the manager ALi didn’t fixed the mistake. He didn’t offer me to give me the correct chicken. Don’t go here, the people that work here is horrible and has an attitude. The management at this location doesn’t know how to help customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Service is always slow and awful. Unfriendly, abrupt, and extremely slow. After the long wait it’s disappointing when they don’t even have half the items they have advertised most of the time.

Service absolutely sucked. Workers glance at you and then hurriedly shuffle off to get the call in orders done first. Not very efficient in their service. The chicken sandwich was warm and the fries soggy. Never again at this place.

The food is tasty tasty and they close at 2am. I ordered through Grubhub the other day, because I didn't feel like driving alittle bit close to 1am. Got to me at a reasonable time. I was too hungry and had the taste for 5 tender stripe, fries, 2 biscuits and lemonade. 😋 i had the munchies yall 😂

When you gonna fix your flickering light post at the back/drive thru. It's very annoying everytime I pass there and pass your DT. I think it's almost 1 and half months already like that. FIX IT.

We were told to wait 5 minutes for our chicken, but it took over 10 minutes. When it finally arrived, the chicken looked and tasted like it was fried twice, and the flavor was terrible. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience.

They should prioritize Uber eats orders because it’s like 10-15 minutes now. It should’ve been ready considering the drive was 5 minutes alone. And the guy who walked in front of me somehow got his order first than me but he received the wrong order and he was just a regular customer. I am not sure how he got his order over the Uber eats one I am here to pick up
