The worst staff evening shift Popeye 63rd Drive Rego Park. Attention the owner of this Popeye Chicken. What a horrible staffs night shift. It happened last April 14,2025.,I ordered 12 pieces of chicken cost me almost $40. While I was ordering a short Spanish lady her English I really cannot understand. I told her to speak clearly. And she made faces. So I complained to the store manager. Wearing all black with her hair covered with black veil too. Claiming to be a store manager. She defended the cashier. She said she is the best staff. She even told me. If you are not happy don’t come back here. Imagine??? Calling the attention of the store owner of Popeyes Chicken in 63rd Drive Rego Park Queens. Kindly address my complaints store owner.

I Ordered 2 pcs of Thai chicken to have in the outlet. but the cashier gave me 3 pcs which are the worst in quality and taste. Most probably, they gave time expired chicken. I informed in the counter that you provided me three pcs instead of 2 pcs. As per my observation and conversation, " i found and felt that they under estimated me and did not treat me as a customer whether i have lunch at this outlet about daily. I got shocked and upset. They need training based on customer service which i strongly believe that. Otherwise, you might loose customer badly near future.

The experience at this place was awesome this was because my sister and i went to this place to have lunch and ordered 2 of the big box meal which included 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides of the choice. The 2 sides that my sister and I chose was the mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
Dietary restrictions: If people have dietary restrictions, please inform the cashier and then they can alter it for you.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this place because it is where the family go to.

Check your orders before you walk out argued over missing biscuit so angry I left come to find out they also forgot my fries but I was already home 😭 not fair man paid $28 dollars for that meal had to buy the biscuits because apparently they don't come in a 12 PCs boneless wing combo. Do better
