They run out of things and when you order on the app. They don’t tell you that they are out of a flavor of the chicken… then they just throw whatever flavor they have in your order. And they also don’t tell you that when you pick up. Terrible customer service.

Had it before and it was good. Now it tasted salty, feel like it's marinated for long.

They seriously need some supervision at that location. It is very poorly run with confusion all over the place. I placed an online order #40 for pick up and when I got there, they made me wait over 15 minutes just to tell me they have no chicken and my order won’t be completed. I asked them to cancel my order and obviously because it was poorly run, they didn’t cancel my order and now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge. Absolutely horrendous and needs to be retrained.

Placed online order, but after arriving at the restaurant, it was closed by the US Marshal’s office. Let’s see if / when it will reopen

Placed an order through the app around 10 a.m., and it’s now 1 p.m., but the store is still closed. Customer service refused to refund me and only offered a $20 coupon, even though I paid $34 and got nothing. Worst experience ever.

Check your order before you leave. Very bad and lie even with the sauce! Business ethic.

Bad service and even worse food. Got a family meal and the chicken was definitely refried old chicken. Each piece was really dry and was like eating cardboard. Was not offered any sauces or anything. Worst popeyes and definitely would not recommend

The brown employees, not sure they are Indian or Middle Eastern, are always rude to customers.

Their body language shows they don't wanna be there.

Not sure why they aren't fired already.

If Popeyes corporate regional manager see this and care to do something about it, please do.

Order 14 pieces with 2 sides and 7 biscuits, but after getting home, there are only 11 pieces, this is not the first time it happens either, really hate to count the pieces when visiting this store, but I guess that is the only choice here.

My husband ordered a Classic Bacon Cheez Sandwich at the counter. Without Mayo and Pickles, he said it two times, and when we arrived home he checked that they put Mayo and pickles. He didn't eat cause he doesn't like with mixed with mayo and pickles. My husband is so very disappointed cause he's hungry and it's not what he ordered. And I also ordered 3 pieces. Combo chicken and I chose red beans and rice but it was not good anymore, it tasted different. And one of the services was a woman who came out and looked at us and gave us a dirty look and smiled and talked Hindi with her colleagues. So rude! We didn't do anything, we were just standing there patiently waiting for our order. I loved the chicken but now so disappointed with Popeye's Service.

This popeyes location is a scam… I saw these workers purposely choose three of the smallest drumsticks for me. On top of that… the worker there charges 75 cents for sauce lmao

Night crew is the best, the place is very clean and the food is perfect
I would recommend this place for a great meal with friends

The night crew are so welcoming and give great service. The food comes out very quick. The food is always hot and there is never a problem with my order. The manager especially is amazing.
