I really loved the food here but every time, food is getting worst. Pertzels are never fresh. Really bad quality

I dropped my husband off to pick somebody up at the Best Buy. On his way back to the car, he called me to ask me if I would like bubble tea or pretzel. However, I decided I wanted to try to pretzel spot. The minute he brought it into the car I was trying it. It was so hard. Very rubbery the middle pieces were breaking like it’s biscuit. Choking texture. Horrendous! Reminded me of a time I bought pretzel on the street to try it and see what it’s like!
I really expected better soft Almond pretzel.
Please work on your Quality. Maybe this was just a bad one, but I don’t know. I don’t wish to spend another dollar buying this.
Use Auntie Annie’s as an example. Sorry to say but very bad quality.
(I saw a lot of people Comparing this selected Shop to Auntie Annie’s, but there’s no way in comparison! Aunty Annie’s Almond pretzel 9/10!!)

Pretzelmaker is way better than Auntie Anne’s Pretzel. They’re tastier and better quality. Don’t know why they no longer are in business in the Queens Center Mall. ? Now, they’re opening everywhere Auntie Anne’s ugh but why?!?! They’re drier and don’t taste as fresh sadly ??♀️

almond crunch pretzel$5.44
Their pretzels are better then Auntie Ann's and more affordable. I love the pretzels from this place.
Not good, auntie anne way better. Pretzel was kinda dry
The pretzels taste great but get extra napkins to absorb the greasiness. Slightly expensive items.
Get one garlic and one ranch pretzel. Drool
