Food was great, but service was slow. We needed our check to catch the LIRR on time and politely asked twice. The server appeared visibly annoyed, and when I apologized for rushing on our way out, there was no acknowledgment or goodbye. I understand she may have been overwhelmed, but in time-sensitive situations, a bit more courtesy would be appreciated.

Very disappointed in the management of this establishment. The place was packed with customers with a single area available for patrons to be seated. My father and I come in and patiently wait for at least ten minutes and no other customer is coming in at this point. Someone finally tells us that the wait is going to be over 20 minutes. That would have been completely fine had there been 100% no tables available, but they refused to seat us in the single freed area because our party wasn’t large enough. My dad had a visible cane and can’t even stand for that long. I have never left a poor review anywhere but the fact that the workers couldn’t make an obvious exception for someone was very hurtful especially since no other customer had come in after us.

This is one of the cutest tea house in New York !! The tea is impecable and delicious 🤤 And my favorite chocolate lava cake is from here. I had ordered several times even late night by Grubhub. Never change the recipe , is the best!!

They have afternoon tea- very yummy :) It’s available all day unless sold out, no need for reservation. The lemon mousse cup is my favorite and the leaf teas are refillable. My friend and I enjoyed it very much

The ambience was cozy, clean and refined. The staff were kind and the service fast. My drink was pretty sweet, I would get the less sweet option if getting boba. The matcha tiramisu was very matcha-y so if that’s your thing go for it. Personally it was too grassy for me, and that’s coming from someone who enjoys matcha lattes. Overall a really cute and chill spot. Little pricey but it has a great vibe. Would go again

Place is really nice they have padded bench seats (like a booth) and padded chairs. I hate it when I go to a restaurant and one side of the table has hard chairs and the other side is a comfy booth.
I heard they get busy around 3 on the weekends or holidays. I got lucky and was able to get a seat but some things were sold out. I recommend going at 1:30.
Until I went here I thought scones taste like old muffins but I was wrong. If you have them fresh they're soft on the inside and crispy on the outside; sooo good. If you like mascarpone cheese, like my wife does, you're in for a treat. She couldn't stop raving about.
It's not as formal snooty place but rather like a comfy coffee house with the look of those snooty places.

I went to prince tea house on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy around 12pm. The food was amazing, but a bit pricy. This place is definitely somewhere I would visit again with my friends to catch up and have a little tea party. I also go their avocado toast and the avocados were perfect and it look perfect too. Usually food places that are decorated nicely don’t have the best food but prince tea house is the exception. I came in with no expectations and was impressed with the quality.

I stopped by Prince Tea House for an afternoon snack because I was craving some tea. I ordered the mango black tea and a pastry dessert—can’t remember the exact name—but it was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the service was great. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back again!
