Literally just picked up a mobile order and as soon as I sat down to eat my food, the cup of boba I got exploded and had a crack down the middle. Does nobody check if the cups are cracked before giving it to the customer? I myself work as a barista, and I know what a cracked cup looks like before I hand it to the customer. Not to mention ever since they got rid of the usual young lady at the front register, there’s been this older lady working now who is extremely rude and acts entitled. Sad to say I used to be a regular here.
Amazing food and great customer service. Personalized experience and enjoyed the fresh spicy tuna roll. Been coming for a few years and will be coming back.

Horrible service. I used to be a regular costumer but won't come anymore. First of all their sushi chef acts entitled and has a very bad attitude towards paying customers. I came a lot last year and their sushi was my favorite. Today I came and the guy gave me an attitude when I told the girl in front im a regular costumer. He was very rude and started to say youre not anymore. Then the sushi he gave was all falling apart and there was more crunch then tuna inside. It was hard to eat. I asked for them to redo it and he gave an attitude and redid it. The new roll came out smaller and the fish didn't look fresh. Even the taste was completely different from what I'm used to. It didn't taste the same. I then told the manager and even showed her proof of how much better the roll looked last year and instead of apologizing she started lecturing me. They refused to even give me a refund and the sushi chef started to raise his voice on me. I won't be coming back at all. That's why they barely have business barely anyone comes to them nowadays. Shame on them. I felt that this chef had a prejudice against me. Maybe because my skin is tan he was racist.
