Horrible, horrible service! Never delivered my order!

I called to place an order and spoke with a woman who had difficulty understanding English. That wasn’t a problem, so I switched to Spanish, but there was still a lot of confusion before I was finally able to place my order.

After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called for an update and was told that the driver was on the way. Fifteen minutes later, with no food delivered, I called again. This time I was told the food had been returned because they didn’t know the price of the order.

I was shocked. Why wasn’t I called and informed of the issue earlier? I live only 10 minutes away and could have easily resolved it. Instead, I was left waiting for well over an hour with no communication.

The employee couldn’t give me a clear answer when I asked what happened. I ended up hanging up because the situation was so frustrating.

I’m writing this review in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Better communication and organization are needed. This was a very unprofessional experience.

Came in and asked for natural orange juice.
I did not see them squeeze or make the juice.
Tasted like Tropicana juice. $17 for 2 “natural juices “ never coming here again.

Scam. I asked yellow rice with shredded pork and shrimp. But they put 1x fried fish lunch and 2x extra $2. I dont even order fish. I even ask the lady to give me just lil bit the rice not normal portion. Half.

I ordered some Rabo (oxtail) on DoorDash and let me tell you… absolutely disappointed. The flavor just was not there for the entire meal. It just didn’t taste authentic at all. The black beans, which I LOVE, did not look or smell appetizing, mind you this is my first time eating food from here, but a dish I always order from Dominican restaurants. I also paid for extra meat and they gave me only 6 pieces. If you’re hungry, I highly suggest order elsewhere.. no shade.

I ordered on grub hub. The rice was supposed to be white nothing like pictured. I wouldn’t give this to a dog. Beans, rice, chicken, and maduro all tightly smushed in one plate I told grub hub that the restaurant could come pick up their food and asked for a full refund.

I ordered on door dash and I can honestly say the food was good and fresh. I ordered a chicharron monfongo and a tres golpe with a beef pastelito and a papa rellena. I honestly do not understand the bad reviews. The prices are very reasonable too. Worth giving them a try.

I’m so mad right now. I just paid $12 for pancakes and bacon and something was spoiled. I’m never going back.

Awful place they dont know how to make mofongo and will give you no sauce with it and they gave me an expired tres leches cake from almost a whole week of being a expired
