We understand that those who manage are people from Paraguay and there are some clients from there but they go overboard with the cumbia thinking only of them, we are clients but we had to spend two hours listening to cumbias at a table while people (including us) got bored and He was leaving because of the monotony of the cumbias .

My group of 3 went here on a Friday night. The place wasn't busy, and there was music being played. There was 1 bartender who also was the waitress. This place does an AUTOMATIC GRATUITY of 20%. Our group was 3 people. 3 people. Not 5 not 6. Keep in mind this auto gratuity isn't posted anywhere. And when it came time to pay using the handheld credit card machine, it asked if I wanted to tip again. WHAT???Pay your employees more stop making us subsidize their paychecks.

I've lived in the neighborhood all my life and this is the 1st time I've stepped into this beauty of a gem since it opened up. The place caters to all but it is mostly a hip Latino spot with happy hour from 4pm to 8pm, weekend brunch till 4pm and Night life from Thursday through Sunday. They have an open patio during the summer seasons and the food/drinks are exquisite with a wide variety of craft beers and cocktails. As for the staff, they are friendly, attentive and attractive. It's not easy to do what they do, juggling many tasks, especially if it's busy. I will definitely come back to this place soon.

Went to this location on Saturday night December 30, 2023. I wanna say i arrived around 940pm. Sat down at the bar and it took the bartender about 15 minutes to ask me if i wanted anything. When i got to the location, there was at least 20 people. On top of that, she stood in front of me between the time i arrived and when she asked if i wanted anything, taking care of her duties ( which i have no problem with). My issue is it took her about 15 minutes to ask me if wanted something and she stood in front of me not acknowledging my presence. You can check the cameras.Oh to top it off, before she leaves for the night she asks us if she can bill us and we said yes. When we saw the bill, tip was automatically included.i honestly think she doesn't deserve getting tipped. Horrible service from the young lady.

Attentive staff, a nice beer selection, decent enough cocktails, and a beer garden that in warm weather makes the place tolerable due to the deafening levels of music at 8 pm with 9 total patrons in the establishment. I want to like this place more, but it's yet another restaurant/bar in Jackson Heights that my friends and I won't visit because the proprietors seem to be under the impression that creating a business around the idea of a place for people to come to socialize involves blasting music so exceptionally loudly that the people who come to the establishment with their friends simply cannot engage in a conversation unless they press their mouths directly in to their friends ear. Whose idea of a good time is this? So, after discovering the garden was closed for a bachelorette party that never arrived, our group had one drink, could not carry on a conversation, so we abandoned the plan to try some food and left for the Queensboro where we can get decent drinks, food, and actually hear each other. So, if you want to go here and actually talk to the person you came with, try getting here before 6 pm. Otherwise, go to the Queensboro or order in.

Staff was great, beers were fresh, but the music was too loud and they didn’t have the first two beers I ordered

Place has good and bad reviews.Don't think they care much as long as the revenue keeps coming. It's a 50/50 chance which is not good odds going but it's on the customers choice.Good luck to all.

Great beer selections, good for groups and nice decorations inside and out. Service was really good since we went during happy hour. Cons: wish the calamari weren't as crispy. Almost felt like I was eating popcorn chicken. Flavors and quantity good but just to crispy for my taste.
