My family and I were craving Italian ices, decided to give yelp a quick search. Realized there's a Ralph's nearby and it was open till 10pm. Drove all the way down there and instead of ordering some yummy iceys, I'm sitting in my car outside Ralph's writing this negative review. If your business isn't open (for whatever reason), kindly update your status on yelp.

It's sad that I have to give Ralph's one star. I have ordered from them so many times over the years and loved their flavors.Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago my wife and I ordered from them again. She got the spumoni cream ice and I got the cookie craze ice cream. As I was eating it, I bit into something hard. Then again. I spit it out and it looked like glass! My first thought is that there is no way this could be glass. Maybe it is crystallized sugar? So I rinsed it under hot water for a while, and confirmed that it was NOT sugar. There were numerous pieces of broken glass in the ice cream!!I tried calling Ralph's to let them know, but apparently nobody answers the phone there anymore. I also reached out to the doctor, super nervous that I might've ingested some glass.It's so sad, because I used to love their flavors. But after this incident, I can never feel safe getting anything from there again.

It's tasty, and Ive generally never had an issue with their ice cream (though they often sell out). That said, the two people in front of me had glass in their ice cream when they bit in.

Cool spot, outside window service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Though, selection was limited. For a quick chill snack, good spot to enjoy your chilly ice.

Oh My Goody Gumdrops! Look out Lemon Ice King of Corona, these guys are muscling in on your territory. They are the new top dog in the ices business. From the very first taste, I knew they were a hit. Hey, Fuggetaboutit!

Poor customer service and never fully stocked. You wait on a long line just to be told they have very limited flavors available. They didn’t even have vanilla! I definitely do not recommend this location.

I do think everyone that's complaining is being kind of unfair, there's long waits everywhere especially during the summer.They do run out of flavors constantly, but I think whoever is running this store really needs to be better about that. More than half the board is covered in "sold out" dots Staff is great! Very close to the river. Just really good icees.
