On July 3rd ordered two orders of medu vada Found that food was like a rock, that may be was fried the day before.
I don’t think they used the right lentil.When I called no favorable answer. Hopefully they won’t repeat to another customer like this. I also ordered two masala dosa was ok. One onion pakavada was not fresh.

Food is bad and dripping with oil and stores like this when they sell you bad batches and things that you cannot eat. They also should have labels that say ingredients. I will not be coming here any more. I just dispute the charge on my credit card. The quality is so bad you never see the owner or proper management. In India these people get away but this not be tolerated in USA.

I've been attempting to reach out to the proprietor, but the manager is intentionally preventing me from doing so. This manager's name is BHAVESH PATEL,and he has displayed rude and arrogant behavior. It has now been nearly six months, and despite the manager's assurance that the owner would contact me if I left my name and phone number, I received no response. The manager is responsible for handling the store's phone number and email address. It's possible that the manager might delete this review. I strongly suspect that BHAVESH is engaging in questionable activities and wishes to obstruct customers from contacting the owner.
