I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and arrived about 10–15 minutes later expecting it to be ready or at least in progress. When I got there, my order hadn’t been started at all.
I had initially sent my mother to pick it up for me. She entered the store first, but shortly after, four other customers walked in. Despite the fact that my order had already been placed and she had arrived before them, the worker chose to take their orders and prepare them first. My mother was told she had to wait, even though her order had been placed ahead of time.
To make things worse, my mother doesn’t speak English fluently, and it was very clear she was being dismissed because of that. She felt uncomfortable and ignored, which is why I ended up going in myself. When I spoke to the employee, I was still told I needed to wait another 5–10 minutes and was repeatedly told it was “policy,” with no effort to resolve the situation or show any understanding.
It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If pickup orders are not going to be prioritized or if customers who don’t speak English fluently are going to be treated differently, that needs to be addressed. This experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better. This incident occurred on December 26 around 5:20 PM with a young male employee.

I used to be a regular customer at this Red Mango location and visited many times over a long period. Unfortunately, the more often I went, the more I started noticing serious problems that made me stop coming entirely.
The staff and supervisors are poorly trained, especially when it comes to basic hygiene and food safety. Food allergies are not handled properly at all, and there is no real effort to prevent cross-contamination. Many employees also seem to have a consistently negative attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
From the customer side of the counter, I personally noticed yogurt being refilled and reused in the same plastic containers, which is extremely concerning for any food establishment. Once you start paying attention, it becomes impossible to ignore how careless the operations are.
What finally confirmed my decision to never return is how the owner/manager responds aggressively to negative reviews, instead of addressing valid concerns or improving the business.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location completely. If you want frozen yogurt, go somewhere else. This is probably one of the worst places to go to eat, especially if you care about hygiene, proper training, or basic customer respect

I came across this frozen yogurt and was dumbfounded at the way the staff handles allergies. I asked the girl working if I could get some Oreos from the back and she looked annoyed at my request. When she brought the Oreos she asked me if there was something wrong with the Oreos in the front. I told her my daughter is allergic to peanuts which are in the same area as the Oreos. It seemed like a huge inconvenience to ask for one topping from the back. I’ve been to other frozen yogurt shops and it has never been an issue. The manager should better train the staff on how to handle allergies and the severity of allergic reactions.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away by a friendly young woman who made us feel so welcome. That warm energy set the tone for our visit. The place was clean, inviting, and had a great vibe. It’s always refreshing to be acknowledged right away, and her genuine hospitality made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want both good treats and great service!
