I just bought a taro milk tea from this location and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I paid and waited for at least 10 minutes while holding my baby. When I politely asked about my drink, the male staff member responded with a terrible attitude — he slammed things, shut the fridge door aggressively, and even yelled loudly, ā€œI’m making it now!ā€ Totally unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I will never come back again. There are plenty of bubble tea shops in New York — we don’t need one that treats customers like this.

me and my sister was in a good mood when we walked into the store, but the attitude we received from the guy staff changed that quickly. I asked for the Smiling Egg, and he told me it would take 15 minutes. we said we were okay with waiting, but after that, he gave us a really bad attitude. He started slamming doors and throwing things around like he didn’t want to be there. We stayed calm, even though we could hear him whispering things like he didn’t want to keep working. I really love your desserts, but this staff member should be more aware of his behavior and learn to be more professional.

Me and my sister ordered just now. Around 8:45 pm Wednesday September 10. We ordered a smiling egg 2 yogurts mango peach drink. We were just ordering until this guy gave us an attitude. He started aggressively moving stuffs while making drinks and sighed so loud. And when he was about to give the change to my sister instead handing it to her. He just put it on the side of the counter when my sister already offered her hand. And when he gave us our order. He just aggressively put the food on the table. Didn’t gave the receipt and no thank you.

On Saturday I was in the area with my sister and came here to get some frozen yogurt. We saw they also made drinks so we ended up getting two drinks instead. Upon entering, the two workers were standing around the front corner of the store propping up their phone on a table, I guess to take videos or photos. Once they saw us they grabbed the phone and moved over to the register looking annoyed. My sister placed the order and they got the sizing wrong. One of the worker showed us the large one is in a bucket so my sister said both medium please. But the worker taking our order put one large into the system. After we left I tried mine (blue) I ordered a blue raspberry lemonade sparkling. But after taking a sip I made a disgusted face. There was no sparkling at all and the taste wasn’t good. I mean the color is really pretty but taste? Nasty. I tried my sisters and it was very bitter. We just wasted like $18 on two disgusting drinks. Definitely won’t come back to this location anymore

I come here often with my kid. Tank and Olivia are always super nice they even start making my drink before I order. I once gave them a gift card for their amazing service.
But the new girl was rude and loud. She didn’t ask if I wanted toppings and lied about not having a restroom, even though Olivia has let me use it before.I still love Red Mango and appreciate Tank and Olivia, but her attitude really turned me off

Haven’t been to a Red Mango in such a long time and I’m so glad I went. It was the perfect dessert! Staff was friendly and place was clean.

I came to Red Mango around 9:50 PM last Friday (7/26) for a sweet treat. I have never tried frozen yogurt before, this was going to be my first time. There were lots of good options and I am quite an indecisive person! But thank god for the girl with the lip piercing!! She helped me decide which flavor on getting by letting me have some samples. She also assisted me on getting some toppings because my right arm was recently been experiencing some pains. Overall, 10/10!! Thank you so much for the great experience!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Red Mango, often stopping by most Fridays to get treats for my kids. Most of the staff are kind, respectful, and provide great service—which is why this experience stood out so negatively.

OLIVIA was extremely rude, nasty, and disrespectful during my recent visit. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy coming here, but if this is the kind of treatment customers can expect, Red Mango is going to lose more loyal clients like me.
