I’ve used Prem for two journeys in the last week. The car was clean inside and outside. The drivers (Ambrose and Raj) were lovely and they even provided water for our journeys. Great communication from booking them up to direct communication with the drivers a few days before. As a lone female with children was reassured when I knew the reg. plate make and model. Small things like this go along way for peace of mind! Would definitely use them again and high recommend.

Booking Prem’s is so easy; the vehicles were immaculate; drivers were punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience all around. Raj picked my teenage daughter and me up at La Guardia - communicated via text the day before travel and right upon our flight’s arrival, through baggage claim and gave perfect instructions on where to meet. Raj gave us a great introduction to the city! Prem retrieved us from our hotel on the day of our departure and delivered us safely to the airport. A great value and wonderful to start and end our vacation with a little luxury. So pleased with the entire experience. Thank you, Raj and Prem!

I would 100% recommend Prem’s luxury. The communication was second to none from both Ambrose and Ali. On time and in constant contact with us. Both were very friendly, also very helpful with some tips for places to visit! If you want a New York airport transfer this is the place to go. I will definitely be using them again next time I visit. I can’t recommend them enough!

Disappointing

We ordered a customized cake, and what we got was a plain vanilla cake with a non-edible printed image just laid on top like a piece of paper. What a joke.

The delivery is 40 minutes delayed, we called em twice to make sure the cake is remembered, but still.
