Booking Prem’s is so easy; the vehicles were immaculate; drivers were punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience all around. Raj picked my teenage daughter and me up at La Guardia - communicated via text the day before travel and right upon our flight’s arrival, through baggage claim and gave perfect instructions on where to meet. Raj gave us a great introduction to the city! Prem retrieved us from our hotel on the day of our departure and delivered us safely to the airport. A great value and wonderful to start and end our vacation with a little luxury. So pleased with the entire experience. Thank you, Raj and Prem!

I would 100% recommend Prem’s luxury. The communication was second to none from both Ambrose and Ali. On time and in constant contact with us. Both were very friendly, also very helpful with some tips for places to visit! If you want a New York airport transfer this is the place to go. I will definitely be using them again next time I visit. I can’t recommend them enough!

Disappointing

We ordered a customized cake, and what we got was a plain vanilla cake with a non-edible printed image just laid on top like a piece of paper. What a joke.

The delivery is 40 minutes delayed, we called em twice to make sure the cake is remembered, but still.

Arrived to pickup a cake ordered 2 days in advance and was informed it was canceled due to high order volume. No email notification was received nor status cancellation update on the webpage.

After a long flight from UK, to be greeted right outside the terminal by Ambrose was so welcome! The communication beforehand was fantastic and made the whole process stress free. Ambrose was an amazing driver and provided us with loads of information on our transfer and dropped us off right outside of our hotel. Can recommend highly enough and will be sure to use Prem’s again when we next visit.

We just picked up our cake and it is beautiful but for some reason they wrote our customized message on a piece of paper instead of the cake. I didn’t pay extra for icing to be written on the paper. Plus how are we going to put this on the cake topper?! This should be written as a warning on the website. Not nice to buy a cake without a cake message on it.

They really outdid themselves creating this awesome fried chicken cake for my husband’s birthday. It looked so real!!!! Can’t believe it’s cake!!!

They also made our wedding cake. It was perfection and everyone said best tasting wedding cake ever.

We had a great experience with Prems Luxury, especially thanks to our driver, Ambrose. Communication was excellent—he was in touch before our flight and stayed connected while we were making our way through US customs, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. During the drive to our hotel, Ambrose was polite, friendly, and even shared some helpful tips about New York that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
