Communication was excellent—he was in touch before our flight and stayed connected while we were making our way through US customs, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Im disappointed I got the afternoon tea set because I saw it online being promoted as the set for 35-45 itself but when given total they charged us 90 dollars !!! (45 PER person) The food was NOT worth that price at all and if we knew it would be so expensive we would have left… I feel like I got scammed and the bread was hard , the taste was not all that. Please do not go here unless you want to be overcharged for some simple small pastries.if it was this price they should put it on their website and not promote on tik tok it being 35-45 dollars for the set. Definitely won’t be coming again

Went with a friend today for afternoon tea/high tea. This spot thrives in aesthetics, but not much else. While the set that was brought out looked pretty, taste wise, it left a lot to be desired. The bread for savory finger sandwiches were rock hard. The mini tarts they served were also very cold and it didn’t seemed warmed up properly. Our teas were also lukewarm. Overall, it’s not worth the total of $90 dollars they charged us.

I ordered a birthday cake here. The design, candles, birthday card, and tableware were communicated a month in advance. When I picked it up, the cake was not made according to the communicated requirements at all. The words to be written on the cake were completely gone. I gave one of the two sets of tableware I purchased, the wrong style of candles I purchased, and the wrong birthday card. It's so sad, my good intentions were ruined.

I really LOVE the service here! I ordered a custom cake a month ago and confirmed the details with the merchant multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. On the day of pickup, they even confirmed the time with me, and their customer service response was incredibly quick. This cake was for a very important 30th birthday, and I’m so glad everything went smoothly. They also helped me find candles to go with the cake. Thank you so much for giving us such a great memory. I will definitely be coming back again!

The menu prices on their website aren't updated. They increased their prices by $10 for the Ube cake. I wanted the cake at an earlier time, but I catered to them needing a later time, but cake wasn't ready by the pickup time and the service is slow. The candle they have was also damaged. Cake was way overpriced for the poor quality and bad taste of the cake. It was very dry and barely tasted like Ube. It had way more white cream. Tasted like dry cake with white cream so definitely felt jipped and I paid close to $82 with tax. They wanted $2 extra for writing on the board, but not on the actual cake so that's ridiculous. The cake becomes mush and soggy. The woman on the phone said the cake would be purple inside, but it was yellow so false advertising. They said that they wanted zelle beforehand and can't pay by credit card so it's hard to get a refund. This place is so overrated and overpriced for low quality cakes. There are way better cakes elsewhere. Don't spend your money here! Wasn't worth the drive to LIC and no parking either! Waste of time and money!

On her first visit to the city, I wanted my daughter to experience a luxury ride from/to the airport. Our experience was flawless, booked through Facebook and promptly received all the information I needed. I confirmed the ride 24 hours before and when we arrived, had a text from the driver. Navin picked us up from the airport and he was very nice and made the ride pleasant, we chit chatted almost the whole way. On our way back to the airport, Prem was our driver and he was excellent, he gave us a mini tour while we were leaving the city and was polite, professional and friendly. He advised us about traffic and to leave a few minutes before in order to make it on time and we did, so listen to your driver, they know best. We loved riding in a fancy and comfortable Escalade and recommend it to everybody.
