We saw Prem recommended by many on new york tourist sites. Lovely cars and great drivers in prem and ambrose.
They were brilliant. Punctual, friendly and always kept in touch by whatsapp.
Prems was outstanding! We used their service for a trip to NYC July 2025-LaGuardia airport transfer. They were punctual, professional and very friendly! We had wonderful conversations both ways and they happily provided recommendations for our travels. We were travelling with a dance team and we recommended them to another family who used them and was extremely happy as well! Ambrose was amazing!! we would absolutely use their service again and again when travelling to NYC
I’ve used Prem for two journeys in the last week.
The car was clean inside and outside. The drivers (Ambrose and Raj) were lovely and they even provided water for our journeys. Great communication from booking them up to direct communication with the drivers a few days before. As a lone female with children was reassured when I knew the reg. plate make and model. Small things like this go along way for peace of mind!
Would definitely use them again and high recommend.
