The Spanish workers are extremely mean and bad customer service. They will intentionally give you a bad slice when you ask for a fresh slice. The food is great, but wow I dont think Ive ever been to a pizzeria with more arrogant employees.

Title: Good luck getting what you order.
I ordered a meatball calzone and specifically asked for it not to be split, because the cheese runs everywhere. The staff argued with me and split it anyway. When I threatened to cancel, they offered to make a new one “unsplit,” which I accepted. I even reassured them I wouldn’t die from undercooked meatballs.
When I got home, there were essentially no meatballs in the calzone, — maybe one thin slice clinging to the edge. To top it off, there was no sauce, which must be specifically ask for it in advance. Found that out when I called to complain about the mountain of ricotta and mozzarella cheese in a wad of baked dough they sent me home with, and not the meatball calzone I ordered. Of course they denied it. The food itself could be okay if it were actually made correctly, but the horrifyingly unhelpful and argumentative service completely ruins the experience.

True, authentic, delish NY PIZZA 🍕 in Bayside, Queens. Plenty of parking in this mini strip mall. Regular slice was thick with cheese and sauce and gold into an overflowing slice; white pizza is flavorful with just the right blend of ricotta and mozz.... Highly Recommend!

There was a piece of tape in my food, and when I complained, the staff dismissed it as if it was nothing. They did not give a proper apology or refund, and instead acted arrogantly. On top of that, their response felt discriminatory and racially insensitive.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this place. While eating my pizza, I found a piece of cardboard and tape baked inside the crust (I have photos as proof). This is not only extremely unhygienic but also dangerous.
What made it worse was the staff’s reaction. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, they dismissed the situation completely. On top of that, I was met with rude and discriminatory comments because I am Asian. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply offensive.
No customer should ever have to experience such poor hygiene and blatant disrespect. I will never come back here, and I hope others think twice before supporting a business that treats people this way.

Great Pizza. Definitely on my top five list. Service was quick. I was in and out. There's also online service to skip the line. Love eating outside. Plenty of benches AND with umbrellas for the sun sensitive types.

Poor customer service. The cashier in the front was very rude and spoke in a rude way. Our waitress was also very forgetful and ignored us a lot when we asked for things. They also messed up our order. They looked like they had no energy.

Unfortunate that I have to make this review because we’ve ordered from here many times and never had any issues. I placed an order by phone for 6 items. Picked up the order and brought it back to see that two items were wrong and one item was not in the pickup. Called them and went back to get the correct items to then realize that the third item was not included at all. At this point I’m furious. I called back and requested a refund and they never took ownership for screwing it up and even asked that we bring back the items that we wanted a refund for! This is disgusting restaurant etiquette. Employees and owner had horrible attitudes and acted as if I was one that screwed up the order when the receipt said exactly what I ordered, aside from the one item that THEY messed up. Take ownership of your mistakes, it’s a very small price to pay. You’ve lost a long time customer.
PS - the cheese pie was totally burnt and black around the edges.

Pizza and food here are good. Only complaint is this: I was excited to find out they have Lemon Ice King of Corona Ices here. But every single time I went to get ices, the cups they put the ices in are same cup size. If you order a medium or large (you most likely will order those sizes because the small size is REALLY small), they put the ices in the same cup size and just add more on top of the cup depending on the size. Every time, the ices end up melting all over my hand because the cup size is not adequate.
Saving money by not ordering the proper cup size is a penny wise, pound foolish. Save yourself the mess and just go to Bella’s Ices or the actual Lemon Ice King of Corona.

In my 40 years of life.. I’ve never experienced anything like this and this is the first time I’ve ever left a review like this.
I visited the restaurant after 8 PM, definitely not a busy time. Even after sitting down and none of the staff members bothered to bring a menu…they were too busy chatting. But after finally getting a menu, no one came to take our order so I had to call out to someone near the counter saying I wanted to order..and he said…Someone will come help you… so my wife and I waited again. Despite making eye contact with staff multiple times, no one approached us until I finally raised my hand. When the waitress finally came, we greeted her with a hello~ but she didn’t say a word. I really don’t want to think this way, but beyond just bad service, it made me wonder if this was racial discrimination.
I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 25 years and run a deli and bagel shop for over 15 years, so I know how tough the food business is. But the service I received yesterday was beyond awful and it was unacceptable.
I’m going to tell everyone I know about the discriminatory and upsetting service I experienced.
If the restaurant owner reads this, I urge him to check and see what your waiters and waitresses were doing while a customer was sitting and waiting. Isn’t it basic etiquette to treat customers with respect? or am I asking too much?
