The staff were terrible and had no manners. The man who took my order at the counter was rushing me even though there was no line and giving me attitude. The female cashier also had no manners, no "how are you" or "thank you". One of the staff there was also touching the cheese with one hand while the other hand was scratching his beard.
Pizza was alright and garlic knots was drenched in olive oil but didn't taste remotely of garlic

I was excited to try out the new pizza place but was hugely disappointed. 1. Service - poor and lacks training and hospitality. We asked the guy for a min to take a look at what they have and while we were looking at the options, he kept grilling us. The girl cashier wasn’t friendly at all - no ‘how are you’ or ‘thank you’. I don’t expect fine dining hospitality service but the basics are needed especially when it’s a GRAND OPENING and as a paying customer. 2. Hygiene - while they were heading up our pizza slices, there was a large man behind the cashier in a dark red shirt, one hand in the cheese bin just messing with it and the other hand scratching his beard for a good 30 seconds. Disgusting. 3. Food - we ordered 2 plain cheese slices to see if it’s a good pizzeria, it was very basic and the whole cheese was falling apart; not in a good way. The garlic knots barely have any garlic taste. The pizzerias I’ve been to give marinara sauce so I asked the cashier “do you give marinara sauce with the garlic knots” and with a stoic face, said “no” then went on to say “but I’ll give it anyway”. .. what? Makes no sense and again goes back to the basic hospitality service.
2 plain slices, garlic knots, one soda was $14. Wouldn’t mind paying this or even more if the service and food was par.
Unless you’re absolutely craving pizza and have to stay near bay terrace then it’ll suffice. But if not, just go down on bell and go to VIPizza.
Think they need to replace this one with another pizzeria if they keep this up.

I love the pizza but the Cesar’s salad was a big disappointment especially for it being almost $10. No croutons, no cheese .. just lettuce and dressing not cool Rosas
There are like five people behind the counter just standing around and not taking orders. Chicken roll is dry and overcooked, also neither the garlic knots or chicken rolls come with tomato sauce.

Chicken tomato slice is my go to here. The regular is decent as well. However, some of the other chicken slices can be hit or miss depending on how long theyve been out on the counter. Garlic knots are solid here as well.

Shoutout to the big bald Italian dude running the cash register next to the drinks, great recommendations and was patient with me and the dysfunctional chip on my debit card. He made sure my pizza was hot enough to my liking. Great service and great pizza! My recommendations are The shortened rigatoni pasta slice, ravioli slice, vodka Sicilian, upside down, regular slice or chicken roll make sure order it very crispy and vodka sauce on the side?
