I visited with my friends today, and the food was incredible. However, my only concern was the customer service. The staff was too quick to clear our plates. When my friend finished his first bowl of soup, he paused for a moment, but the waiter immediately took the bowl without asking. This felt unprofessional and made us feel rushed.
This is not the first time this has happened; I have experienced the same issue in the past. Because of this, I wanted to bring it to the attention of the administration in hopes that it can be improved.

I regularly come here to buy their soups and dumplings. But this time I had a party and I was asked to bring a dish. I spoke to the manager (male guy) and told him I wanted the dish to contain a proper amount of beef since I have had that issue where you can never find any chicken or beef when ordering catering dishes.
Well guess what......there were only traces of beef in my dish even after telling the manager to make sure they did not skimp on that.
What a disgrace this place is. They're ready to take your money.....but don't deliver as promised.
