I’ve been to Astoria and ordered takeout from LIC location twice: this past LIC delivery left me with food poisoning (from the salad) so even though I loved the chicken, I won’t be back 🥹

Food is out of this world. I had the lunch special. Everything was cooked to perfection, i’m talking about tender cuts of chicken, spiced and marinated in the best kind of way! Flavor explosions! Well balanced, great prices, fresh food, decent portions! What more could you want!? I love this restaurant and it is definitely one of my lic favorite restaurants.

Been in New York for only about 3 years, but this is my absolute fav restaurant. My go to spot anytime someone is visiting. The mixed Afghan kabob is phenomenal. Great quality meat, rice and amazing side sauces. Service is also friendly and great.

Love this spot. Very good food and relaxed atmosphere.

Food, portions, and most importantly the service were all outstanding here. The chicken, lamb, and beef were all cooked to perfection, and the rice and raisins also tasted great.

A special kudos to Ali. He went above and beyond with constantly providing us extra meals and food to enjoy. They treat you like family here. Highly recommend and I will definitely be stopping by here regularly when I visit NYC.

Leaving only 2 starts for the worker’s effort. Terrible experience in general. Had to wait long time at the cashier to order, the kitchen seemed chaotic. The person taking orders was also in charge of the tables and takeouts. He ignored us for almost 20 minutes. When we could finally order, we waited more than 40 minutes for the most average food (he said 15 to 20 minutes). Someone at our table is pregnant and waiting was giving her a headache. Meat kind of raw, the chicken kebab had no taste, not enough quantity of rice, and the presentation was really bad, as seen in the pictures (this is the way they brought the food). For the price, the food was really bad honestly. Will never come back here.

On top of that, they didn’t bring forks and knives with the food. Had to go twice to the counter to ask for them, just to be thrown at our table with bad attitude and not even completed. He brought 3 and we are 4 people. Honesty it hurt me to spend money on this restaurant.
