Ali is a welcoming host and server. The (vegetarian) food was delicious!! We got the vegetarian sampler which was tasty and filling for two of us. Plus he advised us that the rice is not vegetarian so we had the delicious bread instead! How thoughtful. This is a small restaurant that deserves a big reputation! The price was quite reasonable. What a find! Overall excellence!!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch at almost 1 pm and the place was completely empty, we were the only table there. We ordered 2 chicken plates and after 40 minutes of waiting and no food, we just left….

Amazing food! The chicken is so tender and a flavor party in my mouth after every bite. The rice and the carrot/raisin topping is so delicious. Also the hummus to die for! Yummy!!! Run don’t walk!

Went there yesterday! It was the only meal I had and I have food poisoning now.

I complained and returned the first plate from the meat being undercooked ( see photo ). They came back with another plate with more undercooked beef kofta, although they gave me extra lamb which also tasted awful.

Service was meh and it was ridiculously priced for the quality of the meal. My advice, Simply avoid this place. The reviews being so high on here led us there. Big mistake.

Good cooking served in a room that makes you want to stay. The staff approaches service with consistent friendliness. This place balances quality and affordability perfectly. A well-maintained space that doesn't feel fussy. This restaurant is worth experiencing.

Probably one of my favorite restaurants in the area tbh. Lamb is excellent, and the dumplings are very good too. Love coming here for a lot of food and flavors.

I tell all my friends they need to try this place. The workers were superb, incredibly alert and engaging. The cooking is predictably good. The team operates efficiently. You need to sample this restaurant soon.

Giving 4 stars because I want restaurants like this to succeed, but there were a number of issues:

1. Kebabs - salmon, shrimp, and chicken: All pretty dry by the time they arrived at our house, and it wasn't a long delivery wait or anything like that. Shrimp was nuclear red, bit overcooked, chicken was tough (I had ordered the non-breast chicken but I think ALL I got was breast, either that or the toughest thighs on Earth), salmon was decent but also slightly dry.

2. Aushak Leek and scallion dumpling - someone had dropped a piece of lamb or beef on top of them, not the biggest problem even though I got the vegetarian option specifically to share with my pescatarian partner. The bigger issue, though, is that they were super soggy from swimming in very watery sauce (which, despite the thorough wrapping, did leak all over the bag).

3. Naan - biggest problem here. SUPER DRY AND COMPLETELY STALE. Very disappointing.

4. Rice with Qabuli - Ok this was actually perfect. Rice was perfectly cooked and very flavorful.

Find a reason to visit. Their dishes showcase flavor expertise. Make it a social outing at this restaurant. The meal presentation and worker assistance were commendable. This restaurant showed real expertise.

Super lunch of vegi sampler, so very delicious! Excellent warm service. No tap water available, hmmm, but the food was perfect!
