Very efficient service, very clean and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Ambience was top tier. Had the chicken satay, sultan’s secret, and hookah. The hookah was veryy smooth, best hookah I’ve had in NYC. Giovanni’s service was incomparable, she’s very attentive and gave great recommendations. Overall 10/10 experience.

Sands of Persia was amazing! Highly recommend! The chai and hookah paired perfectly together. Make sure to ask for Giovani for top notch service!

I’ve come here at least 8 times with a 4+ party and they still act like they act like we ain’t regulars. Service is horrible and they always trying to add fees to your bill. If you’re in Astoria there’s way better places with better food, prices, atmosphere and service. Their service is went so downhill they be closed most days now anyways.

Probably the worst lounge on Steinway, been there a good amount to make this claim. Their business is fumbling for a reason, will never go back. Horrible service, and prices do not reflect their quality of drinks and hookah. Save yourself the visit…trust me.

Went on a Friday night and had a wonderful time! Our server Giovani was amazing! She was very attentive and had great recommendations. The belly dancing was great, too.
