Met friends from CT., we are from long island. Food and drinks were amazing! Service was outstanding! Juan and all the staff were terrific! We will definitely make this a regular place to meet. Absolutely worth the trip!!! If I could give 100 stars I would! Complete package.

Great evening with friends at Sangarita's Tapas Wine. Amazing quaint restaurant in Bayside. Staff was attentive, entertaining and polite. Ricardo made the experience memorable. Food was very well prepared and tastefully simple. Definitely recommend Sangarita's for your dining pleasure.

We were a party of four, on a Friday night at about 6:45-7pm. Everyone who greeted us was friendly, including the bartender, with a smile and a happy greeting. We were seated in the rear, one or two tables beyond the long bar. We got a half pitcher of red sangria, which was great, but they also serve peach sangria. We ordered 2 apps: a salad (nice & fresh) and a cauliflower dish w/onions & raisins, which was absolutely delicious. Our entrees were 2 different types of fajitas, Pollo Championes, and (Colombian) Bandeja Paisa. All were excellent! The fajitas were different, in that the steak & chicken breast was not sliced, and the smothered onions & peppers were heaped on top. A side plate of sour cream, pico de gallo & guac, and tortillas was included. The Colombian dish was so ample, that it was served on two dishes; rice with egg on top, sliced avocado, crispy lengths of plantain & a bowl of refried beans...and a hot skillet of the 3 meats; Colombian sausage, skirt steak, and crisp pork belly. This dish was impossible to finish, but very delicious. In fact, all but the mushroom chicken dish were taken home! The owner circulated among the guests to make sure they were happy. Only critique was the noise level. Expected on a busy weekend night, but it was tough to have conversation.

I ordered garlic prawns which were mehh some normal wings and a Galician-style octopus that tasted like old fried octopus a shame I love octopus I always order it wherever I go, I had very high expectations, unfortunately I don't think I will

I’ve passed this place so many times over the years and my biggest regret was never going in. My friend Juan took me here and I really like the vibe. I thoroughly enjoyed the live music but they had the owners are very nice people. They made me feel quite at home and I definitely enjoyed the blue Hawaiian. I’m definitely coming back here.
